Sergio Says… My Personal Story...I feel very passionately about helping those who need Immigration Services, and providing the utmost care to those who need it. The reason is very personal for me. After my Aunt died, I had the responsibility of settling some family business in the wake of her death. As I was arranging details for the family, I came across letters that she had collected over the years. Some of these letters described our family life and documented many past experiences. After reading some of the letters, I was surprised to discover that my own family had been ripped off, not once, but three times by Immigration Attorneys. Each had claimed they would resolve the issues, but none of them ever came through for my family. My family spent thousands of dollars, money they did not have, on empty promises and were left with nothing to show for it. After learning about my own family struggles with Immigration Attorneys, I have made a personal vow to help stop this from happening to other families.
Meet Our Professional Staff Anuj Naidu- Attorney We are pleased to introduce Anuj K. Naidu, Esq., as our Immigration Attorney. Anuj received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in May 2012. During law school, Anuj received the Dean's Certificate of Achievement and “CALI” Excellence for the Future Award Award inin Immigration, Ethnicity and Public Policy. Also, Anuj gained invaluable immigration litigation experience working as a certified legal intern for the Miami Office of the Chief Counsel for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”) for over a year. After working for ICE, Anuj has focused his efforts on helping the immigrant community by working with the pro bono organization Americans for Immigrant Justice (“AIJ”). During his time at AIJ, he defended immigrants facing deportation and assisted them in gaining lawful status within the United States. During his free time, Anuj enjoys listening to live music and spending time with family and friends. Mi historia Personal...Me apasiona ayudar a quienes necesitan servicios de inmigración y proporcionar el mayor cuidado en sus casos. La razón es muy personal para mí.
