We had a very good turnout to the first session as we commenced the study of the Gospel of St. Luke led by Brian Newberry (M.A. Theological and Biblical Studies). Brian was a former Protestant for 20 years, and a seminarian, before reverting to the Catholic Church in 2014. He lives in Long Beach with his wife, son, and daughter. NEXT EVENING OF RECOLLECTION FOR WOMEN

ednesday, May 1, Holy Innocents will be hosting an EVENING OF RECOLLECTION (EOR) for WOMEN at 7:00 PM. Father Paul Donlan (a priest of the Prelature of Opus Dei) will be preaching. The EOR will also include Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and Solemn Benediction at the conclusion. Throughout the evening the opportunity for Confession will be available to those who desire it. The Evening of Recollection is a kind of mini-retreat which will be held every First Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM. All women are cordially invited. Lent is right around the corner.
