CUSTOMER CONCERN: The gap between the freezer drawer and refrigerator door(s) is not even. See figure 1.

CORRECTION PROCEDURE 1. Check that the unit is level.Adjust if necessary. 2. Check that the RC door(s) are aligned. Adjust if necessary. 3. If the gap is still uneven, tighten the four freezer drawer bolts and four freezer basket screws and recheck. See figures 2 and 3.

4. If the gap is still uneven, remove the four freezer basket screws, the basket, and the freezer drawer to access the drawer rails. See figure 4.

If the rail screws are tight, and the gap is still uneven after replacing the freezer drawer and basket, order metal shim part number W10123657, to be installed under the rail on the side of the drawer that needs to be raised. A maximum of two shims can be added if necessary. See figure 5.
1.5mm Metal Shim Figure 5 6. To install shim(s), remove the four screws securing the rail to the cabinet. See figure 6. Slide the shim under the rail; reinstall and tighten the screws. 7. Replace the freezer basket and freezer drawer. Check that the drawer gasket is sealing completely and verify that the basket is activating the freezer light switch.

PROCEDIMIENTO DE CORRECCIÓN: 1. Revise que la unidad esté nivelada. Ajústela si es necesario. 2. Revise que la(s) puerta(s) del compartimiento del refrigerador estén alineadas. Ajústelas si es necesario. 3. Si el espacio sigue siendo desigual, apriete los cuatro pernos del cajón del congelador y los cuatro tornillos de la canasta del mismo, luego vuelva a revisar. Vea las figuras 2 y 3.

4. Si el espacio aún está desigual, quite los cuatro tornillos de la canasta del congelador, saque la canasta y el cajón del congelador para tener acceso a los rieles del mismo. Vea la figura 4.

Si los tornillos del riel están apretados y el espacio sigue siendo desigual aun después de volver a colocar el cajón y la canasta del congelador, pida la calza Pieza número W10123657, para instalarse debajo del riel, en el lado del cajón que necesita elevarse. Se pueden agregar dos calzas como máximo si es necesario. Vea la figura 5..

Deslice la calza debajo del riel; vuelva a instalar y apriete 7. Vuelva a colocar la canasta y el cajón del congelador.
