SXS KitchenAid and Jenn-Air Built In Refrigerators CUSTOMER CONCERN: Refrigerator or freezer door “hard to close” or “will not self close”. CAUSE: Check the installation of the door gap spacer. The door gap spacer is actually thicker on one side than the other (See figure1). The thin side goes toward the door ( See figure 2), and the thicker side goes away from the door (See figure 3). If it is installed wrong, the door can rub on the hinge leaf.

Refrigeradores empotrados de dos puertas KitchenAid y Jenn-Air QUEJA DEL CLIENTE: Es “difícil cerrar” la puerta del refrigerador o del congelador o “no se cierra sola”. CAUSA: Revise la instalación del espaciador de la abertura de la puerta. El espaciador de la abertura de la puerta es más grueso de un lado que del otro (vea la figura 1). El lado delgado debe mirar hacia la puerta (vea la figura 2), y el lado más grueso debe mirar hacia el lado contrario de la puerta (vea la figura 3). Si no se instala bien, la puerta podría rozar la hoja de la bisagra.
