khanacademy.org is a website that allows anyone with an internet connection to learn a multitude of different subject matters, including Math. This will be the first graded assignment when you come to school in September. Your teacher will be able to monitor your progress and use the information gathered to better teach you in September. How to access the Assignments where you can work on your tasks: 1. After you log in to Khan Academy click on the “Assignments” tab. 2. There will be a list of Skills for you to complete for September. 3. Your teacher next year will be able to monitor your progress and use your work to better teach you in September. How do I check my progress on Khan Academy? When you log into Khan Academy, click on your name in the upper right hand corner of your web browser. ● Click on Profile. ● Click on Progress (it’s under your Bio). ● Change the Mission if you would like to, the Skills you have worked on are shown on the page. Use this assignment to better yourself as a math student so when you come to school in September you are prepared to succeed.
