GRUPO DE ENFOQUE COMUNIDAD HISPANA EN BOWIE

¿QUÉ?:
La comunidad hispana de la Ciudad de Bowie o dueños de negocios en Bowie y quienes tienen interés en proporcionar ideas sobre sostenibilidad en la comunidad.
La Ciudad de Bowie y La Comisión de Parques y Planificación de Maryland-Área de la Capital Nacional (M-NCPPC) les invita a participar en un grupo de enfoque. La reunión será dirigida por el grupo de asesores “Doo Consulting” contratados por M-NCPPC y la Ciudad de Bowie. Nos gustaría saber acerca del mejoramiento de la comunidad, sostenibilidad, sus opiniones sobre los mayores desafíos de vivir en Bowie, y lo que le animaría a participar más en los programas de la Ciudad.
¿PORQUÉ?: La Ciudad de Bowie en asociación con M-NCPPC y Doo Consulting desarrollarán un plan de sostenibilidad formal para Bowie, entre enero de 2016 y julio. La sesión se llevará a cabo en español y sus respuestas individuales se mantendrán confidenciales. Sus puntos de vista serán utilizados para ayudar a obtener una mejor comprensión de los valores y las necesidades de la comunidad hispana en Bowie y qué servicios y programas relacionados con la sostenibilidad son lo más importantes. Se discutirá cobre sostenibilidad en Bowie y vivir en Bowie, y nos gustaría conocer su opinión sobre dicho temas.

¿CUANDO?: Sábado, 30 de enero a las 10:00–11:30 a.m. de la mañana. La sesión no va a durar más de una hora y media.

Stop by the ImagineBowie Celebration anytime between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on May 17 to celebrate 100 years with 100 ideas for Bowie’s future. A collection of images from Bowie's past and present will be on display along with a list of goals developed by you—the citizens of Bowie—for Bowie's Sustainability Plan. Attendees can give final thoughts on the plan by participating in voting exercises at the event. To conclude the celebration, all participants will be invited to take an affirmative pledge for the future of Bowie.
