Congregations should submit the annual Year Book report by March 15. It is important to answer the first 10 questions (seven on membership and three on finances). Questions are a bit different this year, so be sure to read through the financial and additional ones to note that there are some changes. Submit yearbook reports here.

El Instituto está abierto a pastores y lideres de las Iglesias Discípulos de Cristo y también son bienvenidos todos aquellos pastores y lideres de otras Iglesias hermanas. Congregation Files at CCSW Regional Office Record keeping is a big part of the work of the Region. The Christian Church in the Southwest has a paper file for many of the congregations in our region. Some of these files contain records from the Board of Church Extension concerning loans, annual yearbook reports, installation bulletins, and other records. In order to make the information contained in these files available to the staff throughout the region, we have converted files to digital formats (PDF). We currently still have the paper copies and are paying $75 a month to store them. To save money and move forward into the future, the Region needs to unload the paper copies. Congregations wishing to see the contents of their folder may contact a regional staff member. We can email the congregation the contents of their folder, and they can determine if they wish to obtain the physical files for their own congregational history. On June 1, 2019, the physical files held by the region will either be shredded or sent archived with an entity like Disciples Historical Society.

Archivos de las Iglesias en la Oficina Regional de CCSW El mantenimiento de registros es una gran parte del trabajo de la Región. La Iglesia Cristiana en el Suroeste tiene un archivo de papel para muchas de las congregaciones en nuestra región. Algunos de estos archivos contienen registros del Board of Church Extension sobre préstamos, informes anuales del anuario, boletines de instalaciónes y otros registros.
