USES: Tennis Elbow (Lateral Humeral Epicondylitis) CAUTIONS: Patients should be instructed to inspect their elbow, forearm, and this product before and after each use. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS PRODUCT ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PRESCRIBING PHYSICIAN. NOTES: See pictures on accompanying instructions as you read the following. If Gel Pads are included with the product, refer to the separate Gel Pad instructions.

STEP

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

GUIDELINES AND CAUTIONS

1.

Detach Velcro® strap.

2.

Locate the support 1.5 inches (3.81 cm) below the outer knob on the forearm.

3.

Wrap brace around forearm. Insert strap through D-ring.

4.

Fasten Velcro® strap and secure to a comfortable fit.

Adjustments may be necessary as forearm swelling patterns change.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

GUIDELINES AND CAUTIONS

1.

The brace can be cleaned using a mild detergent and cold water.

Do not bleach.

2.

Lay brace out flat on a towel and air dry.

Do not squeeze or wring out the brace. Do not wash in washing machine or place in dryer. Do not place near heater.

INSTRUCCIONES PARA LA COLOCACION

1.

Separe la correa de Velcro®.

2.

Ubique el soporte a 1.5 pulgadas (3.81 cm) por debajo de la protuberancia extema del antebrazo.

3.

Coloque el soporte alrededor del antebrazo. Inserte la tira a traves del anillo tipo D.

4.

Ajuste la tira de Velcro® y asegurela para brindar un ajuste confortable.

Posiblemente se deban hacer ajustes a medida que varía la hinchazón antebrazo.

INSTRUCCIONES PARA EL LAVADO

DIRECTRICES Y CAUTELA

1.

Puede limpiar el soporte utilizando un detergent suave y agua fria.

No exprima ni retuerza el soporto. No lo coloque en la maquina lavadora.

2.

Estire el soporte sobre una toalla y dejelo secar.

No lo coloque en la secadora. No lo ponga cerca del calefactor.
