Region: D.O. Ribera del Duero Type of wine: Red Crianza Vintage: 2010.- Excellent Grape Variety: 100% Tempranillo Vinification: Grape selection. Temperature controlled (29ºC) fermentation on the skins of de-stemmed grapes. Long maceration between 21 and 28 days. Malolactic fermentation, clarification and fining. Ageing process: 12 months in 225L French and American oak barrels. 12 months in bottle. Tasting note Colour: Deep, dark ruby red. Aroma: Open and expressive nose of ripe black fruits, balanced by well- integrated oak. Taste: Full- bodied and complex, with a seductive ripe tannin style, balanced by fine oak nuances and a multilayered finish. Serving suggestions Serving Temperature: 15º-17ºC aprox. Gastronomy: Grilled red and white meats and spicy dishes.
