Tuesday, August 15th, 2017 BISHOP ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN / KINDERGARTEN ORIENTATION And BACK-TO-SCHOOL NIGHT Please visit your child’s classroom and then stop by the BAC to check in and make sure we have your current and correct contact information. Bishop Elementary Spirit Wear will also be on sale by our PTO.

4:00-4:05PM: KINDER WELCOME IN THE QUAD (Behind office)  Welcome presentation will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m with Mrs. Carr, Principal and Dr. Skrotzki, Vice Principal.

4:00-6:00PM: Kindergarten Orientation  Presentation by teachers in assigned classrooms. You will also meet with the nurse, food services, and transportation department in the BAC. If your child’s last name begins with the letters A-M, you will visit the classroom after the welcome presentation. If your child’s last name begins with N-Z, you will start in the BAC filling out pertinent forms. At roughly 4:30, the two groups will switch.

1st – 5th GRADES  Classroom presentations will begin promptly at the start time listed for each grade level below. You will have time to meet and greet with the teacher after the presentation. Stop by the BAC either before or after the classroom presentation to complete your student’s enrollment process.

5:00pm – 1st Grade 5:30pm – 2nd & 3rd Grades 6:00pm – 4th & 5th Grades

Martes, 15th d Agosto del 2017 ESCUELA ELEMENTARIA DE BISHOP TRANSICION DE KINDERGARDEN / ORIENTACION DE KINDERGARTEN y NOCHE DE REGRESO A LA ESCUELA Por favor, visite la clase de su hijo y luego visite en la BAC para registrarse y asegúrese de que tengamos su información de contacto actual y correcta. Bishop Elementary Spirit Wear también estará a la venta por nuestro PTO.

4:00-4:05: BIENVENIDOS AL KINDER (Detras de la oficina) 

La presentacion de bienvenida comenzara puntualmente al las 4:00 pm con la señora Carr, Directora y la subdirectora Dr. Skrotzki.

4:00-6:00: Orientacion de Kindergarden  La presentacion por los maestros sera en cada salón asignado. Tambien se reuniran con la enfermera, los servicios de alimentación y el departamento de transporte en el BAC. Si el apellido de su hijo comienza con las letras de la A-M visitara los salones despues de la presentacion de bienvenida. Si el apellido de su hijo comienza con las letras de la N-Z comenzara en el BAC llenando formularios pertinentes. Mas o menos a las 4:30, los dos grupos cambian.

1ro-5to GRADOS 

Las presentaciones de clase comenzaran puntualmente a la hora de inicio que aparece debajo para cada grado. Usted tendra tiempo para conocer y saludar a el maestro despues de la presentacion. Pase por el BAC ya sea antes o despues de la presentacion de la clase para completar el proceso de inscripción del estudiante.
