Early Bird Ladies Alive Sweepstakes Rules No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States 18 years of age or older. HOW TO ENTER: During Early Bird ticket sales between July 11 at 10:00 am CT and August 14 at 11:59 pm CT, when you purchase a Ladies Alive ticket you will be entered for a chance to win a designer handbag at your event. For alternative means of entry, mail in a 3 in by 5 in notecard with Sweepstakes name, full name, address, phone number, and Distributor/Preferred Customer ID, where applicable, to AdvoCare’s address by August 14, 2018 at 5:00 pm CT. Complete alternative entries will be added to the Dallas Ladies Alive event drawing. Limit one entry per individual. PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Each winner will receive a designer handbag. Approximate retail value of prize is $300. AdvoCare will award a total of 16 prizes, one prize per event. WINNER SELECTION: All eligible entries will be sorted by event and entered into the drawing for that event. On the event date, one potential prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by AdvoCare for that event. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes. NOTIFICATIONS/CLAIM PRIZE: All winners must be present at their event to win, with the exception of the Dallas winner if they submitted an alternative means of entry. If the selected winner fails to claim the prize after their name is called twice and they must be present to win, another winner will be drawn. An alternative means of entry winner will be notified by the phone number provided. If the alternative means of entry winner cannot be reached or fails to accept the prize within 24 hours of the first attempt of notice, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected by Sponsor from all remaining eligible entries for Dallas event. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes agreement to and acceptance of these Rules and the decisions of the AdvoCare, which are final and binding.
