Establish Quorum/Roll Call - Howard Alsdorf, Anthony Porcia, Tony Beardsley, David Russell, Alicia Knotts, Joe DeRouen, and Mary Ley were present.
3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Comments from the Public - During public comments a parent suggested we add a buzzer to the new entrance of the high school. 5. Consent Agenda - The Board the unanimously supported the consent agenda. 6.

Enrollment Report Financials
New Business - Principal Reports -Under new business Matt Young the principal of the K6 gave a report on past, present, and future events. Following Matt was Heather Wright principal of the high school, she too presented the many wonderful things going on at Arkansas Arts Academy. - 2019-2020 Calendar - The principals are posting on November 14th 3 calendar options of next year’s calendar, including a link for parents to give feedback. The Board will vote on the 2019-2020 calendar at the December Board meeting. - The Board approved new policies for the public to rent the K6 gym and the High School Performing Arts Center.
