• ALESADO EN BLOCKS DE GRANDES MOTORES De alojamientos de cojinetes de bancada "in situ" o en nuestro taller, como así también, en caso que las deformaciones de los mismos no permitieran su alesado a medida standard, a opción del cliente, en supermedida, y en ese caso fabricamos también los cojinetes con el respaldo para esa supermedida. Si se optara por el alesado a medida de fábrica, tenemos la alternativa de relleno de todos los alojamientos que, por un sistema propio muy experimen­ tado, no crea tensiones residuales y asegura por su buena adhesión, una disipación óptima del calor de fricción a la masa.

• CONTROL DE ALINEACiÓN CON TELESCOPIO DE MICROALlNEACIÓN ÓPTICA De alojamientos de cojinetes de bancada "in situ" para determinar con precisión si es apto para un funcionamiento correcto de acuerdo a normas de fábrica, o sobre la marcha, verificar si puede corregirse con los bulones de anclaje, yen caso de no ser posible, aconsejar el a1esado. También nos permite el control de planitud de superficie de placa base, blocks y toda otra figura de estas características hasta 30 metros de longitud.

• HOUSING ALlNGMENT CONTROL BY OPTICAL MICROALlGNMENT TELESCOPIC SYSTEM Of "in situ" main bearing hOllsings to determine with precision if they are fit for proper operation according to manllfactllrer's standards or, on the way check if they can be corrected with an chor bolts, and if that's not possible, recommend drilling or boring. It also allows us to control the surface flatness of base plate, blocks, and any other elemenhese characteristics up to 30 meters long.
