Recordatorios importantes La escuela comienza a las 7:50 a.m. Si los estudiantes vienen despues de esta hora, los padres deben acompariarlos a la oficina para recibir un pase de Uegada tarde. Si lIegan despues de las 9:30 a.m. sin una nota del medico, el nino sera marcado como ausente. • Los carros salen a las 3:20 p.m. • Los autobus comienzan a salir a las 3:35 p.m. • Los nines despues de la escuela pueden ser recogidos en ellado de la cafeterfa en la salon de usos multiples antes de las 5:30 p. m. Las registraciones todavfa estan disponibles (Por favor pregunte en la oficina para mas detalles). • Si necesita hacer cam bios con la forma en que su hijo se va a casa, lIame a la oficina antes de la 1:00 p.m
Un adulto debe esta afuera de la casa a la hora de entrega del autobus. Si no hay un adulto visible el nino/a sera regresado a Peavy Primary.
Recordatorios de asistencia La asistencia regular es fundamental para el exito de su hijo en la escuela. Por supuesto, hay momentos en que los nifios estan enfermos 0 tienen otras razones legftimas para ausentarse de la escuela. Todas las ausencias requieren documentaci6n por escrito de los padres, personal medico u otras agencias . Las ausencias por citas con doctores, dentistas, ortodoncistas, fisioterapeuta y otros profesionales de la salud se clasificaran como ausencias justificadas, si el estudiante regresa a la escuela el mismo dfa de la cita y presenta una nota del proveedor de atenci6n medica que indique la hora de la cita y el momenta en que el estudiante sali6 de la oficina del medico. Si la cita es al final del dla escolar y el estudiante ha estado en la escuela todo el dla hasta ese momento, la ausencia

Please send a healthy snack with your child each day.
School begins at 7:50am. If students come after that time, parents must accompany them-to the front office to receive a tardy slip. If they arrive after 9:30am without a doctor's note, the child will be marked absent. • • •
Car riders release at 3:20pm Bus riders begin releasing at 3:35pm After school kids can be picked up on the cafeteria side in the multi-purpose room before 5:30pm. Openings are still available {Pleasesee front office for more details.

If any changes need to be made with the way your child goes home, please call the front office before 1:00pm.
An adult must be in the driveway at drop offtime in order for your child to be dropped off. If there is no adult visible at home, the child will be brought back to PeavyPrimary.
Attendance Reminders Regular attendance is critical to your child's successin school. Of course, there are times that children are sick or have other legitimate reasons for being absent from school. All absences require written documentation from the parent, medical personnel, or other agencies. Absences for appointments with doctors, dentists, orthodontists, physical therapists, and other health care professionals will be classified as excused absences.This is if the student returns to school on the same day as the appointment and presents a note from the health care provider stating the time of the appointment and the time the student left the doctor's office. If the appointment is at the end of the school day and the student has been at school all day up to that time, the absence will be excused.
