Week 1: September 2-6, 2019 Hello Families! Happy First Week of School! Every week you will receive one of these newsletters explaining what’s going in school and in our classroom. This week the students will learn our routines and have limited toys to play with. Once we have our rules and routines set, more center toys and activities will be available. Remember, September is all about adjusting to the school environment, learning to follow rules and routines, and most of all-recognizing names. Last note: this week is all half days. Don’t forget to come back to school with your child on the day of the ESI date you selected last week at orientation or by phone. Semana 1: 2-6, 2019 Hola familias! ¡Feliz Primera Semana de Escuela! Cada semana recibirás estas noticias explicando lo que pasara en la escuela y en nuestra aula. Esta semana los estudiantes aprenderán las rutinas de la clase y tendrán juguetes limitados. Cuando los estudiantes se ajusten al las reglas y rutinas del aula, tendrán mas juguetes disponibles y participar en mas actividades. Acurdarse que septiembre es un mes para ajustarse al ambiente escolar, aprender a seguir las reglas y rutinas, y mas que nada-reconocer los nombres. Acuérdese también que esta semana, todos los días son medio día. No se olvide de regresar a la escuela junto a su hijo/a el día que eligió para el ESI.
