Week 27: March 18-22, 2019 Hi Families! Thank you for coming to parent teacher conferences last week. This week we start our new unit on Reduce-Reuse-Recycle. Our letter for the week is Rr. We are also participating in the Great Kindness Challenge. We have a family engagement this week where we will make healthy food art and eat it! On Friday, we will have our Crazy for Kindness Crazy Outfit Day. Dress your child in a crazy outfit. Search google/ pinterest for inspiration. Please come to our family engagement on Thursday at 1:00 pm. The scholastic book fair will also be open on Thursday and Friday. Thursday is the day you can come shop with your child. Friday is for students only. A flyer for the book fair will be sent home. Just like the scholastic book order, please indicate what you and your child would like to purchase clearly on an envelope or ziplock bag. Semana 27: 18-22, 2019 Hola familias! Gracias por venir a las conferencias la semana pasada. Esta semana comenzamos nuestra unidad nueva de Reducir-Reusar-Reciclar. La letra para esta semana es Rr. Esta semana estamos participando en El Gran Desafío de Amabilidad. Tendremos una actividad familiar estas semana donde haremos arte con comida saludable y luego se puede comer! Viernes es el dia de Loco por la Bondad/Amabilidad donde los estudiantes vienen vestidos en una manera loca. Busque inspiración por google/pinterest. Por favor haga los arreglos necesarios para venir para nuestra actividad familiar el jueves a la 1:00 pm. La feria de libros también estará abierta para usted comprar libros con su hijo/a. El viernes estará abierta para estudiantes solamente. Si les gustaría que su hijo/a compre libros el viernes, favor de indicar claramente en un sobre o ziplock bag que es lo que quisieras comprar. El volante ira a casa esta semana para que sepas cuales libros están a la venta.
