2017-2018 Career and Technical Education Methods of Administration (MOA) Public Notification of Nondiscrimination in Career and Technical Education Programs Morgan Independent School District offers career and technical education programs in Architecture and Construction, Principles of Arts, Audio/Video Technology, and Communications, Principle of Information Technology, and Computer Maintenance. Admission to these programs is based on interest and availability. Spanish Morgan Distrito Escolar Independiente (ISD) ofrece programas de carrera y la educación técnica en Arquitectura y Construcción, Principios de las Artes, Tecnología de Audio / Video y Comunicaciones, el Principio de la Tecnología de la Información, y Mantenimiento de computadora.
