Dear UPK Parents, The end of the year has finally arrived! This is to update you about some important information regarding the last week of school, report card distribution, and notification of student classes for the 2017-18 school year. The UPK Stepping Up ceremony will take place on Friday, June 23 at 11:00 a.m. in the Steven L. Foster Auditorium at Lincoln Orens Middle School. The ceremony is for UPK parents (or immediate family members) only. Please enter through the Trafalgar Boulevard entrance. Students will be dismissed immediately following the ceremony. Report cards will be uploaded to PowerSchool on June 21st. A separate letter indicating your child’s placement will be sent home in August. Thank you for your patience, cooperation, and continuing partnership to further the success of our students. We look forward to a restful summer and anticipate another successful beginning at Hegarty next year! Sincerely,

Estimados padres Preescolares, ¡Por fin ha llegado el final del año! Esto es para actualizarlos sobre alguna información importante acerca de la última semana de escuela, la distribución de los reportes de calificaciones y la notificación de las clases del estudiante para el año escolar 2017-18. La ceremonia Preescolar ocurrirá el viernes 23 de junio a las 11:00 de la mañana en el Auditorio de Steven L. Foster en la escuela de Lincoln Orens. La ceremonia es para los padres de los estudiantes Preescolares (o familia) solamente. Por favor entre a través de la entrada Trafalgar Boulevard. Los estudiantes serán despedidos inmediatamente después de la ceremonia. Los reportes de calificaciones estarán en PowerSchool el 21 de junio. Una carta separada se enviará en agosto que indica la clase de su hijo para el año escolar 2017-2018.
