Habitat LA helps make homeownership affordable by providing various levels of subsidies to qualified individuals within the income bracket above. Qualifying requires income, down payment, good credit and a willingness to partner with Habitat LA (e.g., 500 hours of sweat equity and homebuyer education workshops). All Culver City properties sold will be subject to 45 year resale restrictions.
