Dear Parents/Guardians, Barberito Photographers Inc. and Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy have worked together to create an easier school portrait experience for book day. School portraits will be taken on August 7th for the High School and August 8th for Maine Campus. All students will be photographed for iden fica on and yearbook purposes. The portrait ordering process has changed. Please note that this change is only applicable to Book Day/Science Day. Order forms will not be handed out in advance of Book Day/Science Day. Barberito Photographers will create a physical proof card with your child’s portrait on it with a unique access code. The proof card will be distributed through school to your child at school 2 to 3 weeks a er Book Day/Science Day. Once you receive the proof card, you may go online to barberitophotographers.com and view/order your child’s portrait. All portrait orders from Book Day/Science Day will be mailed to home. Orders placed within the first two weeks of receiving your proof card will receive Free Shipping. There are addi onal specials online! Parents who prefer not to use the computer system for ordering are welcomed to call the Barberito Photographers Inc. office at 504-455-6818 and place orders over the phone. If you or your child loses the proof card, please call Barberito Photographers’ office and you will be provided the code over the phone.
