1970 Se funda el negocio Cristales y Vidrios S.A. de C.V. en un local de 150m2, conocido como CRISVISA. Siendo entonces el 13º distribuidor de ‘Vidrio Plano de México’.

Cristales y vidrios S.A. de C.V. business is founded on premises of 150m2, known as CRISVISA. Being then the 13º distributor of ‘Flat Glass of Mexico’.

1982 Se cambia el domicilio de la empresa Cristales y Vidrios S.A. de C.V. a la zona sur de la ciudad. Donde nuestros clientes nos identificaron con el nombre de la calle Pegaso, motivo por el cual hoy en día asumimos como nuestro, llamándonos: GRUPO CRISVISA PEGASO. Cristales y vidrios S.A. de C.V. business is relocated to the south of the city, at Pegaso street. Where our clients identified us with that name and that’s why nowadays we are known as: GRUPO CRISVISA PEGASO.
1991 Apertura de CRISVISA La Viga, S.A. de C.V. en un terreno de 2000m2, 14 tráilers, 40 camionetas, 200 empleados, siendo el taller más grande de Latinoamérica. Se invirtió en el más moderno taller para el procesamiento de vidrio plano (cantos pulidos, biseles, estriados, taladros, barrenos, etc).
Se inaugura simultáneamente CRISVISA Aragón, S.A. de C.V. y CRISVISA Toluca, S.A. de C.V. de 2700m2 y 1800m2 respectivamente. CRISVISA Aragón es considerada, por su diseño y versatilidad una de las mejores bodegas de América Latina.
It was invested in the most modern workshop for the processing of flat glass (polished edges, bevels, drills, bores, etc).
CRISVISA Aragón, S.A. de C.V. and CRISVISA Toluca, S.A. de C.V. are inaugurated simultaneously in an area of 2700m2 and 1800m2 respectively. CRISVISA Aragón is considered one of the best storing places in Latin America, because of its design and versatility.

Siendo el distribuidor más grande y eficiente en el país, se realiza la alianza comercial y estratégica con el grupo francés Saint Gobain Glass, líderes en tecnología y fabricación a nivel mundial.
Se funda la empresa División Industrial de Vidrio CRISVISA, S.A. de C.V. (por sus iniciales conocida como DIVIC). En la que se adquiere el horno para templado más moderno y grande del mundo.
