Dear Parents, We will be celebrating the Read Across America Week and Dr. Seuss’ birthday, the week of February 25th –March 1st. We will be doing various activities during the week, as we increase our love for reading. We will also learn more about the books and life of Dr. Seuss. Please help us celebrate by dressing your child up each day, in honor of one of Dr. Seuss’s books. Wear a Cat in the Hat hat, or any interesting hat to honor Dr. Seuss! Monday- The Cat in the Hat Wear crazy socks and show off your style! Tuesday- Fox in Socks Wear green! WednesdayGreen Eggs and Ham Dress up as what you want to be when you grow up! Thursday- Oh The Places You’ll Go! Friday- READ ACROSS AMERICA DAY

Estaremos haciendo varias actividades durante esta semana, mientras aumentamos el amor por la lectura. También estaremos aprendiendo más acerca de los libros y la vida de este gran autor. Por favor ayúdenos a celebrar esta semana vistiendo a su hijo/a cada día, en honor a uno de los siguientes libros.
lunes- El gato ensombrerado
Ponte un sombrero del cuento El gato con sombrero, o cualquier otro sombrero para honrar a Dr. Seuss. Usa calcetines locos y demuestra tu estilo.
