3.-TERMS AND CONDITIONS Name B2B Nacional Encuentro de Negocios INDEX 2015 Date: June 18 and 19, 2015 Place: Hilton Hotel Ave. de las Rosas 2933, Rinconada del Bosque, 44530 City: Guadalajara, Jal, México 1. ORGANIZATION The Event is organized by the Consejo Nacional de la Industria Maquiladora y Manufacturera de Exportacion AC, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer. 2. OBJECTIVE These rules set out the terms and conditions under which the organizer establishes and manages the Event. These detail the respective rights and obligations of the organizer and the assignee company, hereinafter referred to as the Participant. The Participant formally undertakes to comply with these regulations. 3. PLACE AND DATE The Event will be held on June 18 and 19, 2015 in the city of Guadalajara, in the Hilton Hotel, located in Ave. de las Rosas 2933, Rinconada del Bosque, 44530. The Organizer is free to change the Place and Event Date if the Place is unavailable, or by force majeure, in which case no compensation shall be paid to the Participant and ongoing registrations will be canceled ipso jure, without compensation to the Participant.

5.- REGISTRATION CANCELATION AND PAYMENT Any company or institution permitted to register for the event must make payment in one installment within 20 days after signing this registration form.
If the signing of this registration form is performed during the month of June the deadline for payment will be the May 30, 2015. The Organizer reserves the right to deny access to the Participant in the Event if their accounts are not settled.
The Participant could remove his registration before May 30, 2015 without penalty, however, if the cancellation is made from May 15th to May 30th 15, 2015 the participant must pay the 45% penalty of the value of its stand. If the cancellation is made after May 30, the participant must pay the full value of the stand without refund.
6. SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE The Organizer will provide the services and products as they are described in the registration form attached to this document.
7. OBLIGATION TO PRODUCE A RESULT The Organizer agrees to use diligently the resources available to it without being subject to any obligation to produce results.
8. INSURANCE The Organizer is the sole legally responsible during the Event. However, the liability of the Organizer shall not be committed to any damage to Participant by a third party The Place is the sole legally responsible of the facilities and the enclosure, permanently or temporarily, used during the event, as well as all companies and activities operating and functioning at their direct request. The Participant must have an insurance policy to cover any damage caused by them, their personnel or their belongings to a third party. The Participant must have an insurance policy to cover any damage caused to its equipment and materials carried by the Participant to the event.
9. APLICABLE MODIFICATINS The Organizer reserves the right to make additional amendments to this agreement dealing with any problem that is not initially mentioned in the agreement. Such amendments shall be notified
and sent to the Participant diligently and came into force immediately. Any breach of this agreement by the Participant may lead to expulsion from the event, every time the Organizer clearly notify. In this case, no refund or compensation of any kind will be due to the participant.
10. The Participant will agree to these terms and conditions, thus signing this agreement. In case of disagreement, the Participant will agree to first submit its inquiry to the Organizer and thereby seek the friendliest solution.
