El Instituto de Liderazgo / The Leadership Institute "Tu llamado crece por el amor a Jesús y el deseo de ayudar a otros a amarlo a El"/" Your call grows from a love for Jesus and a desire to help others to love Him" El Instituto de Liderazgo se formó en 2010 para capacitar a los líderes laicos de las congregaciones hispanas. Se formó para motivar a la gente a ser líderes y conocer su Iglesia, su fe y los mejores fundamentos del ministerio para poder estar mejor preparados para su desempeño y asi servir mejor al Señor. Los talleres se imparten en español y en las instalaciones de Iglesias de la Diocesis. The "Instituto de Liderazgo" was formed in 2010, to provide training for lay leaders in Hispanic Congregations. It was formed to motivate people to be leaders and to know their church , their faith, and the basics of ministry better, so they could be better equipped to lead and to serve Christ and work for the just Kingdom of God.
