St. Mark & St. Peter Pre-K - 5th Grade Students & Families, 1st Communion Students & RCIC THURSDAY Evenings 6:30pm to 8:00pm St. Peter Campus 1150 Maxwell Rd. Eugene, OR
Pre-K - 5th graders will be growing in their faith with weekly faith formation classes, Family Faith Nights and Family Fun Days every few months. Each week includes class time, praise & worship, bible stories, some arts and crafts and exploration of our rich Catholic traditions and beliefs. We use texts and materials approved by the Archdiocese, to teach the Catholic Christian Faith which includes: The Scriptures, Catechism of the Catholic Church, Church history, Saints, Holy Days and Seasons of the liturgical year, Church Documents, Prayer, Sacraments and Social Justice.

In order to ensure your child’s safety, parents are requested to walk their children into the RE Building, sign their children in, and return in the same manner to pick up their children.
We can’t be with our children at all times, but we can learn ways to help keep them safe when we’re not there. We ask that your family join us for the educational session, Called to Protect for Parents and Families. The 1.5 hour program will teach PARENTS, CHILDREN and family members how to help prevent child sexual abuse. Called to Protect was developed for the Church by Praesidium, the national leader in abuse risk management. The Archdiocese of Portland requires us to educate as many people, young and old, as we can. If you do not want your child or teen to participate in these sessions you need to contact Mariah Harris for further information. The Schedule for this program will be provided in the Fall. TM

En orden de asegurar la seguridad de su hijo, se pide a los padres que traigan a sus hijos hasta el RE Edificio, que firmen cuando lo dejan, y regresen de la misma forma a recoger a sus hijos; firmando la salida.
Nosotros no podemos estar con nuestros niños todo el tiempo, pero podemos aprender formas para ayudar a mantenerlos seguros cuando no estamos presentes. Les pedimos que usted y su familia se unan a nosotros para la sesión educacional, Llamado a ProtegerTM para Padres y Familia. El programa de 1 y 1/2 hora, enseñara a PADRES, NIÑOS y miembros de la familia a como ayudar a prevenir el abuso sexual de niños. Llamado a ProtegerTM fue desarrollado por la Iglesia por el Presidio, el líder nacional de manejando el riesgo de abuso. La Arquidiócesis de Portland requiere que eduquemos a tanta gente como podamos, jovenes y adultos. Si usted no quiere que su niño o joven participe en esta sesión, usted necesita contactar a Mariah Harris para mas información. Se les dará el Horario para este programa en el Otoño.
Your participation in is very important to the success of the program, and importantly to your child’s spiritual development. You are welcome to come and join the fun and find ways in which to help. Volunteers can commit to the entire year of gatherings or for specific events.
Teach a weekly evening class for our elementary students.
Teach Children’s Liturgy of the Word during the Sunday 10:30am Mass at St. Peter’s.
Provide / Play Music for SPARK Kids Nights, Retreats, Special Events, Masses....
Help with data entry, filing, mailings, phone/text tree, etc..

Su participación en , y muy importante para el desarrollo espiritual de los jóvenes. Usted es bienvenido para unirse a la diversión, y encontrar formas en las cuales puede ayudar. Voluntarios se pueden comprometer todo el año par a las reuniones o para eventos específicos.
Cada semana enseñan una clase por la noche a los estudiantes de primaria.
Enseñar a los niños la Liturgia de la Palabra durante La Misa del Domingo 10:30am en San Pedro.

Traducción Verbal y Escrita de Ingles a Español Planeación de Liturgia para Servicio de Reconciliación & Misas para la 1era Comunión. Ayudar a planear y organizar Retiros de 2 días.
Planear, Organizar y Llevar acabo 2-3 Eventos Familiares
Ayudar a Planear, ser Líder & Participar durante toda una semana, en el campamento de día, en el verano
Tomar fotos en los Eventos del Ministerio SPARK
Ayuda con la red social/media, correos electrónicos, Sitios en Internet, etc..

Did you know that the true cost to educate each student in the SPARK Kids program is actually $75.00? If you choose to pay the full cost registration of $75.00 per student you will be helping us in several ways: 1. Bridge the gap between full cost and current registration fee. 2. Support our parish families who are in need of a scholarship. 3. Help to lessen future fee increases and keep our program affordable for future generations.
Sacramental Prep Class: Additional $60 per child
YES, I can be a Catechist & help with the SPARK Kids Program! A Registration Fee will be waived if teaching a class. (The fee will be waived for catechists upon completion of Called to Protect Training) Your assistance, involvement and support of SPARK Ministries is a wonderful value to the children while enriching your own faith life.
