Instructions for Usage of Photo/Video Release – Notice of Filming Poster
1. Posters displaying this language should be used when filming in locations that have large crowds of people that are not acting in your video. Examples include markets, public spaces, tourist areas, sporting events, etc. 2. Filming in these crowded locations may also require a Location Release from the property owner, event coordinator, or other authorized individual. Similarly, individuals acting, prominently appearing, or that may be recognizable in your video must sign the Talent Release form. 3. The language below should be printed on poster board at least 22 inches x 28 inches.
4. The font should be large enough to be readable from at least 5 feet away. A guideline is 72 font size or letters that are at least one-‐half inch tall when printed. 5. Spanish language text can be printed on the same side of the poster board as the English language text if the poster is large enough or can be on the opposite side of the poster board.
6. A picture or video of the poster being displayed during the filming should be provided upon request as a requirement to receiving a prize.

If you do not wish to be photographed, recorded, or appear in the video, you should leave this immediate area.
