PRESS RELEASE REFILING OF VINTE’S 2017 ANNUAL REPORT (XBRL FORMAT) Mexico City, Mexico, April 27th, 2018 – Vinte Viviendas Integrales S.A.B. de C.V. (“Vinte”) (BMV: VINTE), a leading home builder in the development and commercialization of sustainable housing in Mexico, announced today that the Company refiled its 2017 Annual Report in XBRL format to the Comision Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (National Banking and Securities Commission) and the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (Mexican Stock Exchange). The present refiling only includes the restatement of the figures contained in section [424000-N], “Financial Information”, to thousands of Mexican pesos.
