Allgemeines Gerätekonzept
Das FRONIUS IG Personal Display ermöglicht jederzeit die Abfrage aktueller Leistungsdaten, an einem gewünschten Aufenthaltsort innerhalb der vom Gerät vorgegebenen Reichweite. Um die Daten an das Personal Display senden zu können, benötigt man lediglich die zugehörige Display Card mit Funkantenne für den FRONIUS IG. Die Stromversorgung des Personal Displays erfolgt über Akkus oder dem im Lieferumfang enthaltene Netzteil. Es können die Leistungsdaten von bis zu 15 FRONIUS IG am Personal Display abgelesen werden. Die unterschiedlichen Anzeigemodi erlauben es die Leistungsdaten der gesamten Anlage, oder jedes einzelnen Wechselrichters abzufragen.
Systemvoraussetzungen
Systemvoraussetzungen FRONIUS IG für den Betrieb des FRONIUS IG Personal Display: FRONIUS IG ab der Seriennummer 14490001 Wichtig! FRONIUS IG’s mit Seriennummern ab 14490001 benötigen für den Betrieb des Personal Displays eine Main CTRL Software Version 2.05.00 oder höher. Diese kann unter Verwendung der FRONIUS IG Update Card oder des FRONIUS IG Datenlogger aktualisiert werden. -

Wichtig! Die Möglichkeit der Verwendung des Personal Displays mit dem Fronius IG Plus entnehmen sie bitte der Bedienungsanleitung ihres Fronius IG Plus.

Nachfolgend angeführte Systemkomponenten sind im Erst-Lieferumfang enthalten. Um weitere FRONIUS IG in das System einzubinden, benötigen sie zusätzlich pro Wechselrichter eine Display Card mit Funkantenne.

Vor der Inbetriebnahme Allgemeines
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
WARNUNG! Fehlbedienung kann schwerwiegende Personen- und Sachschäden verursachen. Beschriebene Funktionen erst anwenden, wenn folgende Dokumente vollständig gelesen und verstanden wurden: diese Bedienungsanleitung sämtliche Bedienungsanleitungen der Systemkomponenten, insbesondere Sicherheitsvorschriften
Das Personal Display ist ausschließlich zum Einsatz in Photovoltaik-Anlagen mit einem FRONIUS IG Wechselrichter geeignet. Eine andere oder darüber hinausgehende Benutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für hieraus entstehende Schäden haftet der Hersteller nicht. Zur bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung gehört auch das Beachten aller Hinweise aus der Bedienungsanleitung Nur für die australische Version des Personal Displays: Der Betrieb dieses Geräts ist durch die Funkbestimmungen (Low Interference Potential Devices, Variation 2006 No.1) erlaubt. Die Betriebsfrequenz liegt im Bereich 915 - 928 MHz und der Betrieb ist durch Paragraph 52 der oben genannten Bestimmungen genehmigt.
Aufstellbestimmungen
Das Personal Display ist gemäß Schutzart IP20 nur in Räumen zu verwenden. Gerät vor Nässeeinwirkung schützen. Die Antenne kann ohne Einschränkung im Freien aufgestellt und betrieben werden.

FRONIUS IG für Inbetriebnahme vorbereiten Allgemeines
WARNUNG! Netzspannung kann Lebensgefahr bedeuten. Der Anschlussbereich darf nur durch lizenzierte Elektro-Installateure im spannungsfreien Zustand geöffnet werden. WARNUNG! Netzspannung und DC-Spannung von den Solarmodulen kann Lebensgefahr bedeuten. Das Einsetzen der Steckkarten darf nur erfolgen, wenn der FRONIUS IG Netzseitig (AC-seitig) getrennt ist Solarmodul-seitig (DC-seitig) getrennt ist HINWEIS! Um bei Anlagen mit mehreren Wechselrichtern die Kommunikation zum Personal Display nicht zu beeinträchtigen, muss der Montageabstand zwischen den Antennen min. 0,5 m (20 in.) betragen. Für eine optimale Reichweite empfiehlt sich ein Abstand von 1 m (39 in.) Wichtig! Der Montagewinkel ist Teil der Antenne. Antenne ausschließlich auf dem im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Montagewinkel montieren.
Display Card in FRONIUS IG einsetzen
Für das Einsetzen der Steckkarte: 1. FRONIUS IG auf „Standby“ Betrieb stellen 2. FRONIUS IG AC-seitig und DC-seitig trennen 3. Anschlussbereich öffnen, oder Gehäuseabdeckung abnehmen. Siehe Kapitel „Gehäuse öffnen“ in der Bedienungsanleitung ihres FRONIUS IG 4. Je nach Geräteausführung: Display nach links zur Seite schieben und nach vorne abnehmen Flachband-Kabel für die Display-Einheit an der Steuerplatine abstecken HINWEIS! Gefahr der Steckkarten-Beschädigung. Beim Umgang mit Steckkarten beachten Sie bitte die allgemeinen ESD-Bestimmungen. 5.

Display Card in FRONIUS IG einsetzen (Fortsetzung)
HINWEIS! Beim Einsetzen der Display Card folgende Punkte berücksichtigen: Die Display Card nur an den Steckplätzen mit den Bezeichnungen „Option 1“, „Option 2“ oder „Option 3“ einstecken Keinesfall an dem ganz linken Steckplatz, der mit ENS gekennzeichnet ist einsetzen 7. 8.
Antenne montieren / anschließen

Die Antenne ist mit einem 2 m (6.74 ft.) langen Anschlusskabel ausgestattet. Befindet sich der FRONIUS IG innerhalb eines von Funkwellen abgeschirmten Raumes, ist es somit möglich, die Antenne außerhalb dieses Bereiches zu montieren. Wandmontage und Anschluss FRONIUS IG Indoor:

Bei Verwendung des FRONIUS IG 400/500 Antenne an Wand montieren. Eine entsprechende Kabelverlängerung ist bei FRONIUS erhältlich.

Bedienelemente Allgemeines
HINWEIS! Auf Grund von Firmware-Aktualisierungen können Funktionen an Ihrem Gerät verfügbar sein, die in dieser Bedienungsanleitung nicht beschrieben sind oder umgekehrt. Zudem können sich einzelne Abbildungen geringfügig von den Bedienelementen an ihrem Gerät unterscheiden. Die Funktionsweise dieser Bedienelemente ist jedoch identisch. Über das Personal Display ist es möglich die Leistungsdaten der Gesamtanlage, sowie jedes einzelnen Wechselrichters anzuzeigen. Die Menüführung erfolgt dabei größtenteils ident mit der des FRONIUS IG.
Tastenbeschreibung und Symbole
Das Personal Display ist dem Display ihres FRONIUS IG nachgebildet. Die ausführliche Beschreibung von Tastenfunktion und Symbolen finden Sie in der Bedienungsanleitung Ihres FRONIUS IG.

(1) Segment-Balken zeigt den aktuellen Ladezustand (100 - 20 %) der Akkus. Sinkt der Ladezustand der Akkus gegen 0, beginnt der Balken zu blinken. Wichtig! Bei weiterer Entladung der Akkus schaltet das Gerät in den Sleep-mode und beendet den Funkverkehr. Im Sleep-mode erfolgt keine Anzeige am Display. Durch Drücken einer Taste erfolgt die Anzeige „LOW batt“. Akkus durch Anstecken des Netzteils und Drücken einer beleibigen Taste wieder aufladen. (2) Balken für Anzeigemodi zeigt den momentan angewählten Anzeigemodus. (3) Anzeige für Auswahltasten Menü ... zum Wechseln in einen anderen Anzeigemodus Esc ... zum Aussteigen aus Setup-Einstellungen ohne Abzuspeichern Enter ... zum Bestätigen und Abspeichern einer Auswahl (4) Anzeige für Tasten Navigationspfeile je nach ausgewählter Option zum Navigieren in die jeweils angezeigte Richtung

Inbetriebnahme Voreinstellungen am FRONIUS IG
Das Personal Display erlaubt es, die Leistungsdaten von bis zu 15 Wechselrichtern anzuzeigen. Damit bei Einbindung mehrerer FRONIUS IG das Personal Display die einzelnen Wechselrichter unterscheiden kann, ist es notwendig den einzelnen Wechselrichtern eine Adresse in Form einer Nummer zuzuweisen. Wichtig! Eingestellte Nummer muss von 01 bis 15 sein, damit das Personal Display den Wechselrichter erkennen kann. Bei Einbindung mehrerer Wechselrichter beachten, dass jeder Wechselrichter eine andere Nummer zugewiesen bekommt. IG-Nummer einstellen siehe Bedienungsanleitung FRONIUS IG Kapitel „Das SetupMenü / IG-NR“
Personal Dispaly montieren / aufstellen
Mit der im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Wandhalterung ist es möglich, das Personal Display in einem gewünschten Raum an die Wand zu montieren durch Drehen der Wandhalterung um 90° als Tischgerät zu verwenden Wandmontage:

Akkus einsetzen und laden
WARNUNG! Explosionsgefahr bei Verwendung nicht geeigneter Akkutypen. Für den Betrieb des Personal Displays nur Akkus verwenden, die den Akkutypen aus dem Lieferumfang entsprechen (siehe Technische Daten). VORSICHT! Gefahr von Zerstörung der Akkus beim Aufladen in nicht geeigneten Ladegeräten. Beiliegende Akkus nur im FRONIUS IG Personal Display aufladen. VORSICHT! Gefahr von Sachschaden durch auslaufende Säure, besonders bei gleichzeitiger Verwendung von gebrauchtem Akku mit neuem Akku. Akkus immer rechtzeitig tauschen immer zwei neue Akkus einsetzen HINWEIS! Gefahr von Zerstörung der Akkus durch zu tiefes Entladen. Darauf achten, dass die Akkus nicht unter 20 % (Anzeige am Display) entladen werden. Akkus immer rechtzeitig nachladen. Wichtig! Beim Einsetzen der Akkus auf richtige Polarität achten. Die im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Akkus sind bei Auslieferung geladen.

Optional zum Akkubetrieb besteht die Möglichkeit, das Personal Display ausschließlich mit dem Netzgerät zu betreiben. Stehen keine geeigneten Akkus zur Verfügung, Akkufach leer lassen und Netzgerät an das Personal Display anschließen.
Akkus entsorgen
Die Entsorgung von defekten Akkus nur gemäß den geltenden nationalen und regionalen Bestimmungen durchführen.

Nach dem Einlegen der Akkus, erscheint „ADD IG“ in der Anzeige des Personal Displays.
Verbindung zum Wechselrichter herstellen
1.
Durch Drücken der Enter Taste startet das Gerät die Suche nach vorhandenen Wechselrichtern. In der Anzeige erscheint „WAIT“
2.
Erscheint ein gefundener Wechselrichter in der Anzeige (z.B. IG 01), diesen durch Drücken der Enter-Taste ins System aufnehmen.
Wichtig! Bei nicht Bestätigung des gefundenen Wechselrichters durch die EnterTaste, wird dieser nicht in das System aufgenommen und liefert keine Leistungsdaten an das Personal Display. 3.
Vorgang solange wiederholen, bis alle vorhandenen Wechselrichter im System gespeichert sind.
4.
Findet das Personal Display keinen Wechselrichter mehr, bleibt „WAIT“ in der Anzeige stehen.
5.
Vorgang durch Drücken der Esc-Taste abbrechen.
Das Personal Display ist nun bereit, sämtliche Leistungsdaten ihrer Anlage anzuzeigen. Wichtig! Um bei Anlagen mit mehreren Wechselrichtern den Kommunikationsaufbau zu erleichtern empfiehlt sich folgende Vorgehensweise: 1. Nur einen Wechselrichter am Netz anschließen 2. Bei der im Wechselrichter befindlichen Display Card einen Reset durchführen (siehe Kapitel Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung) 3. Verbindung mit ADD IG herstellen (oben beschrieben) 4. Vorgang mit restlichen Wechselrichtern wiederholen

Bedienkonzept Allgemeines
Das Personal Display verfügt über ähnliche Anzeigemodi wie der FRONIUS IG. Eine ausführliche Beschreibung der Anzeigewerte finden Sie in der Bedienungsanleitung Ihres FRONIUS IG. Die unabhängige Stromversorgung des Personal Display ermöglicht es, auch nach Einbruch der Dämmerung Leistungsdaten der Anlage abzufragen. Während des Tages befindet sich das Personal Display standardmäßig im Anzeigemodus „Now“. Nach Einbruch der Dämmerung trennt der FRONIUS IG die Verbindung zum Netz und das Personal Display schaltet in den Anzeigemodus „Day“.
Display Anzeige
Um die Display-Anzeige zu aktivieren, beliebige Taste drücken. Wird 10 Sekunden keine Taste gedrückt, erlischt die Display-Beleuchtung. Um Akku-Energie zu sparen, schaltet das Display nach vorgegebener Zeit in den SleepModus. Die Display-Anzeige erlischt und wird durch beliebigen Tastendruck wieder aktiviert. Die vorgegebene Zeit bis zum Stromsparmodus kann im Setup-Menü verändert werden. Es ist auch möglich den Sleep-Modus zu deaktivieren. Generelle Einstellungen zur Display-Anzeige siehe Kapitel „Das Setup-Menü“
Anzeigemodi
Standardmäßig erfolgt immer die Anzeige der Summe der Leistungsdaten aller im System befindlichen FRONIUS IG, im Anzeigemodus Now. Befinden sich mehrere Wechselrichter im System (bis zu 15 möglich), können die Leistungsdaten jedes einzelnen Wechselrichters abgefragt werden. Wichtig! Befindet sich im System nur ein FRONIUS IG, erfolgt die Anzeige am Personal Display identisch mit der Menüführung des Displays am FRONIUS IG. Folgende Anzeigemodi stehen zur Verfügung für Leistungsdaten der: Gesamtanlage jedes einzelnen im System befindlichen FRONIUS IG Anzeigemodus Now Anzeige von Momentanwerten Anzeigemodus Day Anzeige von Werten zur Netzeinspeisung am heutigen Tag Anzeigemodus Year (nur in Verbindung mit einem Datenlogger) Anzeige von Werten zur Netzeinspeisung im aktuellen Kalenderjahr Anzeigemodus Total Anzeige von Werten zur Netzeinspeisung seit Erstinbetriebnahme Wichtig! Erfolgt 2 min. lang keine Betätigung einer Taste, schaltet das Gerät automatisch wieder in den Anzeigemodus „Now“, mit der Anzeige der Leistungsdaten der Gesamtanlage.

Mittels Navigationspfeilen zum nächsten im System befindlichen Wechselrichter wechseln.

Durch Loslassen der NavigationspfeilTaste, wechselt die Anzeige automatisch zur Leistungsanzeige des zur Zeit ausgewählten Wechselrichters.

Um zum nächsten im System befindlichen Wechselrichter zu wechseln Navigationspfeil-Taste nach rechts drücken. Um weitere Daten des ausgewählten Wechselrichters abzufragen EnterTaste drücken: Navigationspfeile wechseln in senkrechte Position Durch Drücken der Navigationspfeil-Tasten können nun sämtliche Daten des ausgewählten Wechselrichters eingesehen werden.

Um den aktuell angezeigten Anzeigewert von anderen Wechselrichtern abzufragen: Enter-Taste drücken. Navigationspfeile wechseln in waagrechte Position. Durch Drücken der NavigationsPfeiltasten zum nächsten Wechselrichter wechseln.

Um weitere Daten des nun ausgewählten Wechselrichters abzufragen, drücken sie wieder die Enter-Taste.
Die nachfolgend angeführten Tabellen geben eine Übersicht über die Navigation im Display. Durch Drücken der Enter-Taste wechseln die Navigationspfeile jeweils die Navigationsrichtung. Anzeigemodus Now ALL

Wichtig! Um in den Anzeigemodus „Now“ mit der Anzeige der Leistungsdaten der Gesamtanlage zurückzukehren, genügt ein glechzeitiges Drücken der beiden Navigations-Pfeiltasten. Erfolgt 60 s lang keine Betätigung einer Taste, schaltet das Gerät automatisch wieder in den Anzeigemodus „Now“, mit der Anzeige der Leistungsdaten der Gesamtanlage.
Status LED
Die am Personal Display befindliche Status-LED, zeigt immer den aktuellen Zustand des ausgewählten Wechselrichters. Bei Normalbetrieb im Menü ALL ist die Status-LED aus. Kommt es bei einem im System befindlichen Wechselrichters zu einer Servicemeldung, beginnt die Status-LED zu blinken. Menü

Das Setup-Menü Allgemeines
Das Setup-Menü dient dazu, Voreinstellungen für den Betrieb des Personal Display vorzunehmen. Der Zugriff auf Setup-Einstellungen eines Wechselrichters ist nicht möglich.

OFFSET Korrekturmöglichkeit der Energiewerte, falls Abweichungen zwischen ihrem Zähler und der Anzeige am Personal Display auftreten. Eingestellter Korrekturwert wird den von den FRONIUS IG gesendeten Leistungsdaten im Anzeigemodus „ALL TOTAL“ dazuaddiert. 1. 2.

Durch Drücken der Enter-Taste Einstellung bestätigen und zur nächsten Stelle wechseln. Nach Eingabe der letzten Stelle, Eingabe 2x bestätigen. Anzeige wechselt auf die Einstellung der Einspeisevergütung. Die Einstellung der Einspeisevergütung funktioniert identisch wie die Einstellung der Währung. SLEEP LCD Zeit-Voreinstellung für die Display-Anzeige (Stromsparmodus). 1, 5, 10 MIN Wenn keine Taste gedrückt wird, erlischt die Display-Anzeige nach voreingestellter Zeitangabe. LIGHT LCD Voreinstellung der Display-Beleuchtung. AUTO Nach dem letzten Drücken einer Taste, erlischt die Display-Beleuchtung in Folge einer Zeitverzögerung von 10 Sekunden. OFF Die Display-Beleuchtung ist dauerhaft ausgeschaltet. ON Die Display-Beleuchtung ist dauerhaft eingeschaltet. Wichtig! Um eine vorzeitige Entleerung der Akkus zu verhindern, ist im Akkubetrieb die Einstellung „ON“ identisch mit Einstellung „AUTO“. CHECK RF Funkverbindung mit den Wechselrichtern überprüfen. Durch Drücken der Navigationspfeile, Funkverbindung der im System befindlichen Wechselrichter nacheinander abfragen. Das Display zeigt Fehlermeldungen bei Störung oder Fehler eines im System befindlichen FRONIUS IG des Personal Display Sendet ein im System befindlichen FRONIUS IG eine Servicemeldung, signalisiert dies das Personal Display durch die rot blinkende Status LED. Um den betreffenden Wechselrichter ausfindig zu machen: Enter-Taste drücken Mit waagrechten Navigationspfeilen die im System befindlichen Wechselrichter durchschalten. Bei Wechselrichtern die eine Servicemeldung anzeigen, leuchtet die Status LED rot. Zusätzlich erscheint am Display der Service-Code der auch am FRONIUS IG selbst ausgegeben wird. Informationen über angezeigte ServiceCodes entnehmen sie bitte der Bedienungsanleitung Ihres FRONIUS IG. Der angezeigte Service-Code kann durch Drücken der Esc-Taste bestätigt und vom Display gelöscht werden. Wichtig! Das Display kann bis zu 8 Fehler eines Wechselrichters speichern. Durch Bestätigen des Service-Codes mit der Esc-Taste, wird gegebenenfalls der jeweils nächste Service-Code angezeigt.

General remarks Machine concept
The FRONIUS IG personal display enables current performance data to be viewed at any time at any location within a specified distance of the unit. All that is required to enable data to be sent to the personal display is the relevant display card with a radio antenna for the FRONIUS IG. The power for the personal display is supplied from batteries or from the power supply unit supplied with the equipment. Performance data from up to 15 FRONIUS IGs can be shown on the personal display. The different display modes enable performance data from the whole installation or from each individual inverter to be viewed.
System requirements
FRONIUS IG system requirements for running the FRONIUS IG personal display: FRONIUS IG with serial number 14490001 or above Important! In order to run the personal display, FRONIUS IGs with serial numbers up to 14490001 need a main CTRL software version 2.05.00 or higher. A FRONIUS IG update card or a FRONIUS IG datalogger can be used for this purpose. -

The personal display is only suitable for use in photovoltaic systems that include a FRONIUS IG inverter. Any other form of usage is deemed improper. The manufacturer shall not be held liable for any damages arising from such usage. Proper usage also includes complying with all the instructions in the operating instructions Only valid for the Australian version of the Personal Display: The operation of the unit is covered by the Radiocommunications (Low Interference Potential Devices) Variation 2006 (No. 1) Class Licence. The operating frequency is 915928 MHz and its operation is authorised under Item 52 of the above Class Licence.
Setup regulations
To comply with IP20 protection requirements, the personal display must only be installed indoors. The equipment should be protected from dampness. The antenna can be set up and operated anywhere out of doors.

Preparing your FRONIUS IG for commissioning General remarks
WARNING! Mains voltage can cause fatal injuries. The connection area should only ever be opened by an authorised electrical engineer, and only when the power is disconnected. WARNING! Mains voltage and DC voltage from the solar modules can cause fatal injuries. Plug-in cards must not be installed unless the FRONIUS IG has been disconnected on the mains (AC) side. has been disconnected on the solar module side (DC side) NOTE! In the case of systems with several inverters, the antennae must be at least 0.5 m (20 in.) apart so that communication with the personal display is not disrupted. For an optimum range, we recommend a distance of 1 m (39 in.) Important! The mounting bracket is part of the antenna. Only fit the antenna to the mounting bracket supplied with the antenna.

To install a plug-in card: 1. Put FRONIUS IG into „Standby“ mode 2. Disconnect FRONIUS IG on both the AC and DC sides 3. Open connection area or remove housing cover. See chapter entitled „Opening the housing“ in your FRONIUS IG operating instructions 4. Depending on the model: Slide display unit to the left and pull forwards to remove Unplug the ribbon cable of the display unit from the control board NOTE! Risk of damage to the plug-in card. Be sure to follow the general ESD regulations when fitting plug-in cards. 5.

Erecting/connecting the antenna

The antenna is supplied with a 2 m (6.74 ft) connecting cable. If the FRONIUS IG is installed in a location that is shielded from radio waves, this cable allows the antenna to be erected where it can receive radio waves. FRONIUS IG Indoor wall mounting and connection:

Controls General remarks
NOTE! As a result of firmware updates, you may find that there are functions available on your unit that are not described in these operating instructions or vice versa. Certain illustrations may also differ slightly from the actual controls on your unit. However, the functionality of these controls is identical. The personal display enables performance data for the entire installation and for each individual inverter to be displayed. The menu structure is largely identical to that of the FRONIUS IG.
Description of keys and symbols
The personal display is modelled on the display of your FRONIUS IG. A detailed description of how the different keys operate and the symbols can be found in the operating instructions for your FRONIUS IG.

(1) The segment column indicates the current charge state (100 - 20%) of the batteries. If the charge state of the batteries starts to fall towards 0 the column will start flashing. Important! If the charge in the batteries falls any lower the unit will switch into sleep mode and will suspend radio communication. Nothing appears on the display in sleep mode. If a key is pressed, „LOW batt“ will appear on the display. To recharge the batteries, plug in the power supply and press any button. Commissioning Initial settings on the FRONIUS IG
The personal display allows performance data to be displayed for up to 15 inverters. To enable the personal display to differentiate between the different inverters when more than one FRONIUS IG is connected, each inverter must be assigned an individual numeric address. Important! These numbers must be between 01 and 15 so that the personal display can identify the inverter. When several inverters are in use, ensure that each of them is assigned a different number. For information on setting the IG number see the chapter entitled „The Setup Menu/IG no.“ in the FRONIUS IG operating instructions

Using the wall bracket included in the scope of supply, the personal display can be mounted on the appropriate wall used as a desktop unit by turning the wall bracket through 90° Wall mounting:

Installing and charging batteries
WARNING! Danger of explosion by using not suitable batteries. Only use batteries that match those that were originally supplied (see technical data). CAUTION! Risk of damage when charging the batteries in not suitable battery charger. Only charge supplied batteries in the FRONIUS IG Personal Display. CAUTION! Escaping acid can cause considerable damage, particularly if an old battery is used together with a new one. Always replace batteries in good time. Always insert two new batteries NOTE! The batteries may be destroyed if they are allowed to discharge too deeply. Ensure that the batteries are not discharged below 20 % (see display). Always recharge batteries in good time. Important! Ensure that the terminals are the right way round when installing the batteries. The batteries supplied with the personal display are delivered ready-charged.

NOTE! To extend the service life of the batteries in the personal display, try to avoid letting them become fully discharged. Batteries should be constantly recharging during operation. As well as battery operation there is also an option to supply all the power required by the personal display from the power supply unit. If there are no suitable batteries available, then the battery compartment can be left empty and the power supply unit connected to the personal display.
Disposal batteries
Only carry out disposal of faulty batteries in accordane with the valid national and local regulations.

After the batteries have been installed, „ADD IG“ will appear on the screen of the personal display.
Establishing a connection to the inverter

If you press the Enter key the unit will start searching for inverters. „WAIT“ will appear on the screen

When an inverter (e.g. IG 01) is detected and appears on the display, it can be added to the system by pressing the Enter key.
Important! If an inverter is detected but not confirmed using the Enter key, then it is not included in the system and will not send any performance data to the personal display. 3.
This process should be repeated until all the existing inverters have been stored in the system.

Once the personal display can no longer find a new inverter, then „WAIT“ remains displayed on the display screen.
5.
Terminate the process by pressing the Esc button.
The personal display is now ready to display all the performance data for your installation. Important! Proceed as follows to simplify the communication configuration on systems with several inverters: 1. Only connect one inverter to the mains 2. Reset the display card in the inverter (see „Troubleshooting“) 3. Connect to ADD IG (see above) 4. Repeat this process for the other inverters

Operating scheme General remarks
The personal display has display modes that are similar to those of the FRONIUS IG. A detailed description of the display values can be found in the FRONIUS IG operating instructions. The personal display’s independent power supply enables performance data to be retrieved even after the onset of dusk. During the day, the default display mode for the personal display is „Now“. After the onset of dusk the FRONIUS IG will disconnect from the mains and the personal display will switch to „Day“ display mode.
Display
Press any key to activate the display. If no key is pressed for 10 seconds or more, the display illumination will go off again. To save battery power, the display will switch to sleep mode after a specified delay. The display then goes off, but can be reactivated by pressing any key. The specified delay until energy saving mode begins can be modified in the setup menu. Sleep mode can also be switched off entirely. For information on general display settings see the chapter entitled „The Set-up menu“
Display modes
By default, all the performance data for all the FRONIUS IGs in the system is shown in „Now“ display mode. If there is more than one inverter in the system (up to 15 are possible), then the performance data for each individual inverter can be retrieved. The following display modes are available for performance data for: the complete installation each separate FRONIUS IG in the system „Now“ display mode Displays real-time values „Day“ display mode Displays values for power fed into the mains during that day „Year“ display mode (only in conjunction with a datalogger) Displays values for power fed into the mains during that calendar year „Total“ display mode Displays values for power fed into the mains since the system was first commissioned Important! If no key is pressed for 60 s, the unit will switch back automatically into „Now“ display mode and will display performance data for the entire installation.

Important! To get back to the „Now“ mode displaying the power of the total system, you only have to push both navigation arrow keys at a time. If no key is pressed for 60 s, the unit will switch back automatically into „Now“ display mode and will display performance data for the entire installation.

The status LED on the personal display always shows the current status of the selected inverter. During normal operation in the ALL menu, the status LED is off. If one of the inverters in the system outputs a service message, then the status LED will start to flash. Menu

The setup menu allows initial settings to be made for operating the personal display. The inverter’s setup parameters cannot be accessed.

CASH Sets the currency and charge rate for the energy fed into the mains. EUR (factory setting) Flashing letters on the display can be changed by pressing the navigation arrows. Confirm setting by pressing the Enter key and move to the next letter. After entering the last letter, confirm entry twice. The display changes to setting the fee for energy fed into the mains. Setting the fee for energy fed in works in exactly the same way as setting the currency. SLEEP LCD Initial time setting for the display (energy saving mode). 1, 5, 10 MIN If no key is pressed for the specified length of time, the display illumination will go off. The display can be reactivated by pressing any key.
NEVER The display never goes off.
CONTRAST Adjust contrast on the LCD display. As the contrast is temperature-dependent, it may need adjusting when the ambient conditions change. 1MIN - 7MAX Press the Enter key to confirm the chosen setting. Press the Esc key to revert to the previous setting.

LIGHT LCD Initial setting for display illumination. AUTO The display illumination is switched off if no key press is detected for 10 seconds. OFF The display illumination is permanently switched off. ON The display illumination is permanently switched on. Important! To prevent the batteries from becoming discharged prematurely, in battery mode the „ON“ setting is identical to the „AUTO“ setting. CHECK RF Check radio link with the inverters. Press the navigation arrows to check out each of the inverters in the system. RF OK IG XX Radio connection with the displayed inverter is established. NO RF IG XX Radio connection with the selected inverter is disrupted or is out of range. See Troubleshooting chapter.

Troubleshooting General remarks
The display shows error messages if a fault or error occurs on a FRONIUS IG in the system on the personal display If a FRONIUS IG in the system sends a service message, the personal display will indicate it through its status LED, which will flash red. To find out which inverter is affected: Press Enter key Use the left/right navigation arrows to scroll through the inverters in the system. The status LED of any inverter displaying a service message will be steady red. The display will also show the service code, which is also output on the FRONIUS IG itself. Information on the service codes can be found in your FRONIUS IG operating instructions. The displayed service code can be confirmed and removed from the display by pressing the Esc key. Important The display can save up to 8 inverter errors. Confirming the service code by pressing the Esc key will display the next service code, if any.

The warranty in the general terms of business applies to the FRONIUS IG DatCom components. During this period, FRONIUS guarantees that your DatCom components will work correctly. If there is a defect for which FRONIUS is responsible, then FRONIUS will repair the defect at the factory free of charge within the warranty period. If you need to claim under the warranty, please contact your FRONIUS dealer. Warranty claims will not be accepted as a result of: using your DatCom components for other than the intended purpose incorrect installation or installation not in compliance with the applicable standards, particularly by unlicensed electrical fitters incorrect operation unauthorised changes to the DatCom components damage by foreign objects or acts of God (force majeure) Warranty claims will be repaired either by Fronius directly or locally by Fronius trained service partners. For return transportation, devices must be packed in their original or equivalent packaging. These services will be charged to the dealer or his fitter, as will the reinstallation of the repaired device.
Scope of Warranty
The warranty only covers the DatCom components. The other components of your photovoltaic system and the supplied rechargeable batteries are not covered by the warranty.

In generale Concezione dell’apparecchio
Il Personal Display FRONIUS IG consente di richiamare in qualsiasi momento i dati di potenza correnti in un luogo prescelto, all’interno della portata prestabilita dell’apparecchio. Per poter inviare i dati al Personal Display, è sufficiente disporre della rispettiva Display Card con radioantenna per FRONIUS IG. Il Personal Display è alimentato da corrente tramite batterie o l’alimentatore fornito in dotazione. È possibile leggere sul Personal Display i dati relativi alla potenza di massimo 15 FRONIUS IG. Le diverse modalità di visualizzazione consentono di richiamare i dati di potenza dell’intero impianto o di ogni singolo inverter.

Il Personal Display è indicato esclusivamente per l’uso in impianti fotovoltaici con un inverter FRONIUS IG. Qualunque altro utilizzo che non rientri in quelli citati viene definito come non conforme all’uso prescritto. Il produttore non si assume alcuna responsabilità per eventuali danni che ne potrebbero derivare. Rientra nell’utilizzo prescritto anche l’osservanza di tutte le indicazioni riportate nelle istruzioni per l’uso. Solo per la versione per l'Australia del Personal Display: Il funzionamento di questo apparecchio è consentito ai sensi delle disposizioni sui dispositivi radio (Low Interference Potential Devices, Variation 2006 No.1). La frequenza di funzionamento rientra nella gamma 915 - 928 MHz e il funzionamento è autorizzato ai sensi del paragrafo 52 delle summenzionate disposizioni.
Collocazione dell‘apparecchio
Il Personal Display deve essere utilizzato solo in ambienti conformi alla classe di protezione IP20. Proteggere l’apparecchio dall’umidità. L’antenna può essere installata e accesa all’aperto senza limitazioni.

Preparazione di FRONIUS IG per la messa in funzione In generale
AVVISO! La tensione di rete può costituire un pericolo di morte. La scatola dei collegamenti può essere aperta soltanto da installatori elettrici qualificati in assenza di tensione. AVVISO! La tensione di rete e la tensione CC dei moduli solari possono costituire un pericolo di morte. Le schede a innesto possono essere inserite solo se FRONIUS IG è scollegato dal lato rete (lato CA) è scollegato dal lato modulo solare (lato CC) AVVERTENZA! Negli impianti che contano più inverter, allo scopo di non pregiudicare la trasmissione al Personal Display, la distanza di montaggio tra le antenne deve essere di min. 0,5 m (20 in.). Per una portata ottimale si consiglia una distanza di 1 m (39 in.). Importante! La staffa angolare di montaggio fa parte dell’antenna. Montare l’antenna esclusivamente sulla staffa angolare fornita in dotazione.
Inserimento della Display Card in FRONIUS IG
Per inserire la scheda a innesto: 1. Portare FRONIUS IG in modalità „Stand-by“ 2. Scollegare FRONIUS IG dal lato CA e dal lato CC 3. Aprire la scatola dei collegamenti o rimuovere la copertura del corpo esterno. Si veda il capitolo „Apertura del corpo esterno“ nelle istruzioni per l’uso del rispettivo FRONIUS IG 4. A seconda della versione dell’apparecchio: Fare scorrere il display lateralmente verso sinistra e rimuoverlo estraendolo anteriormente Scollegare il cavo a nastro piatto dell’unità display dalla scheda di comando AVVERTENZA! Pericolo di danneggiamento delle schede ad innesto. Nel maneggiare le schede a innesto, attenersi alle disposizioni generali ESD. 5.

AVVERTENZA!Il firmware potrebbe essere stato aggiornato, pertanto possono essere disponibili nel Vostro apparecchio funzioni non descritte in queste istruzioni per l’uso o viceversa. Inoltre le singole figure possono discostarsi leggermente dagli elementi di comando presenti sul Vostro apparecchio. Il funzionamento di questi elementi di comando è tuttavia identico. Tramite il Personal Display è possibile visualizzare i dati di potenza dell’intero impianto e quelli di ogni singolo inverter. La guida a menu è in gran parte identica a quella di FRONIUS IG.

(1) Barra a segmenti visualizza lo stato di carica corrente (100 - 20%) delle batterie. Se la carica delle batterie scende fino quasi a 0, la barra inizia a lampeggiare. Importante! Se la carica delle batterie continua a diminuire, l’apparecchio passa in modalità Sleep e termina la trasmissione radio. In modalità Sleep il display non visualizza nulla. Premendo un tasto appare il messaggio „LOW batt“. Ricaricare le batterie collegando l’alimentatore e premendo un tasto qualsiasi. Messa in funzione Preimpostazioni su FRONIUS IG
Il Personal Display consente la visualizzazione dei dati di potenza di massimo 15 inverter. Affinché il Personal Display possa distinguere i singoli inverter, nel caso di collegamento di più FRONIUS IG, è necessario assegnare ad ogni inverter un indirizzo in formato numerico. Importante! Il numero impostato deve essere compreso tra 01 e 15, affinché il Personal Display possa riconoscere l’inverter. Nel collegare più inverter prestare attenzione che ad ogni inverter sia assegnato un numero differente. Per impostare il numero IG, si vedano le istruzioni per l’uso di FRONIUS IG al capitolo „Il menu di setup / IG-NR“.

Inserimento e carica delle batterie
AVVISO! Pericolo di esplosioni se si utilizzano tipi di batterie non adatti. Per il funzionamento del Personal Display, utilizzare solo batterie corrispondenti ai modelli forniti in dotazione (si vedano i Dati tecnici). PRUDENZA! Pericolo di danneggiamento delle batterie se caricate con apparecchi non idonei. Caricare le batterie fornite in dotazione solo nel Personal Display FRONIUS IG. PRUDENZA! Pericolo di danni materiali a causa della fuoriuscita di acidi, in particolare di utilizzo di batterie usate e nuove contemporaneamente. Sostituire sempre per tempo le batterie. Inserire sempre due batterie nuove AVVERTENZA! Pericolo di danneggiamento delle batterie se lasciate scaricare eccessivamente. Come opzione al funzionamento a batteria esiste la possibilità di fare funzionare il Personal Display esclusivamente con l’alimentatore. Se non sono disponibili batterie adatte, lasciare vuoto lo scomparto delle batterie e collegare l’alimentatore al Personal Display.
Smaltimento delle batterie
Lo smaltimento di batterie difettose deve essere eseguito soltanto nel rispetto delle disposizioni nazionali e regionali vigenti.

Dopo l’inserimento delle batterie, sul Personal Display viene visualizzato „ADD IG“.
Creazione del collegamento con l’inverter
1.
Premendo il tasto Enter, l’apparecchio avvia la ricerca degli inverter presenti. Sul display viene visualizzato „WAIT“
2.
Se il display visualizza un inverter rilevato (ad es. IG 01), immetterlo nel sistema premendo il tasto Enter.
Importante! In caso di mancata conferma tramite il tasto Enter dell’inverter rilevato, quest’ultimo non viene immesso nel sistema e non fornisce alcun dato di potenza al Personal Display. 3.
Ripetere la procedura tante volte quanti sono gli inverter presenti da salvare nel sistema.
4.
Se il Personal Display non rileva più inverter, il messaggio „WAIT“ resta visualizzato.
5.
Interrompere la procedura premendo il tasto Esc.
Il Personal Display è ora pronto per visualizzare tutti i dati di potenza dell’impianto. Importante! Per stabilire agevolmente la comunicazione negli impianti con più inverter si consiglia di procedere come segue: 1. Collegare alla rete solo un inverter 2. Eseguire un reset della Display Card presente nell’inverter (si veda il capitolo Diagnosi e risoluzione degli errori) 3. Creare un collegamento con ADD IG (descritto sopra) 4. Ripetere la procedura con i restanti inverter

I comandi In generale
Il Personal Display dispone di modalità di visualizzazione simili a quelle di FRONIUS IG. Una descrizione dettagliata dei valori visualizzati è riportata nelle istruzioni per l’uso del FRONIUS IG in uso. L’alimentazione elettrica indipendente del Personal Display consente di richiamare dati di potenza dell’impianto anche dopo l’imbrunire. Durante il giorno il Personal Display si trova di norma nella modalità di visualizzazione „Now“. Dopo l’imbrunire FRONIUS IG interrompe il collegamento alla rete e il Personal Display passa in modalità di visualizzazione „Day“.
Visualizzazione a display
Per attivare la visualizzazione a display, premere un tasto qualsiasi. Se per 10 secondi non si preme alcun tasto, l’illuminazione del display si spegne. Per il risparmio energetico, il display passa dopo un periodo di tempo prestabilito in modalità Sleep. La visualizzazione a display scompare e viene riattivata premendo un tasto qualsiasi. Il periodo di tempo prestabilito per entrare in modalità di risparmio energetico può essere modificato nel Menu di setup. È anche possibile disattivare la modalità Sleep. Per le impostazioni generali della visualizzazione a display si veda il capitolo „Il Menu di setup“.
Modalità di visualizzazione
La visualizzazione standard è sempre quella del totale dei dati di potenza di tutti i FRONIUS IG presenti nel sistema, in modalità di visualizzazione Now. Se nel sistema sono presenti più inverter (sono possibili fino a 15 inverter), è possibile richiamare i dati di potenza di ogni singolo inverter. Importante! Se nel sistema è presente un solo FRONIUS IG, la visualizzazione sul Personal Display è identica alla guida a menu del display di FRONIUS IG: Sono disponibili le seguenti modalità di visualizzazione per i dati di potenza: dell’intero impianto di ogni singolo FRONIUS IG presente nel sistema Modalità di visualizzazione Now Visualizzazione dei valori istantanei Modalità di visualizzazione Day Visualizzazione dei valori relativi all’alimentazione di rete del giorno corrente Modalità di visualizzazione Year (solo unitamente al Datalogger) Visualizzazione di valori relativi all’alimentazione di rete nell’anno corrente Modalità di visualizzazione Total Visualizzazione dei valori relativi all’alimentazione di rete dalla prima messa in funzione Importante! LED di stato
Il LED di stato presente sul Personal Display indica sempre lo stato corrente dell’inverter selezionato. Durante il funzionamento normale nel menu ALL il LED di stato è spento. Se in uno degli inverter presenti nel sistema viene emesso un messaggio di servizio, il LED di stato inizia a lampeggiare. Menu

Il Menu di setup serve per preimpostare il funzionamento del Personal Display. Non è consentito l’accesso alle impostazioni di setup di un inverter.

OFFSET Possibilità di correzione dei valori energetici nel caso si riscontrino divergenze tra il proprio contatore e la visualizzazione del Personal Display. Il valore di correzione impostato è aggiunto ai dati di potenza trasmessi da FRONIUS IG in modalità di visualizzazione „ALL TOTAL“. 1. 2.
Modifica delle cifre lampeggianti sul display premendo le frecce di navigazione. Confermare le impostazioni premendo il tasto Enter e passare alla posizione successiva.

Dopo la conferma dell’ultima posizione del display, la visualizzazione passa all’impostazione del punto decimale.

CASH Impostazione della valuta e del tasso di calcolo per il pagamento dell’energia alimentata. EUR (impostazione di fabbrica) Modifica delle lettere lampeggianti sul display premendo le frecce di navigazione. Confermare le impostazioni premendo il tasto Enter e passare alla posizione successiva. Dopo avere immesso l’ultima posizione, confermare l’immissione due volte. La visualizzazione passa all’impostazione della retribuzione in conto d’energia. L’impostazione della retribuzione in conto d’energia funziona allo stesso modo dell’impostazione della valuta. SLEEP LCD Preimpostazione del tempo per la visualizzazione a display (modalità di risparmio energetico). 1, 5, 10 MIN Se non viene premuto alcun tasto, la visualizzazione a display scompare dopo un periodo di tempo prestabilito. Premendo un tasto si riattiva la visualizzazione a display.
NEVER La visualizzazione a display rimane sempre attiva.
CONTRAST Regolazione del contrasto sul display LCD. Dato che il contrasto dipende dalla temperatura, può essere necessaria una modifica del contrasto in caso di condizioni ambientali variabili. 1MIN - 7MAX Confermare l’impostazione selezionata premendo il tasto Enter. Mantenere l’impostazione finora esistente premendo il tasto Esc.

LIGHT LCD Preimpostazione dell’illuminazione del display. AUTO Dopo aver premuto l’ultimo tasto, l’illuminazione del display si spegne dopo un ritardo di 10 secondi. OFF L’illuminazione del display è sempre spenta. ON L’illuminazione del display è sempre accesa. Importante! Allo scopo di evitare che le batterie si scarichino prematuramente, l’impostazione „ON“ del funzionamento a batteria è identica all’impostazione „AUTO“. CHECK RF Verificare il collegamento radio con gli inverter. Premendo le frecce di navigazione, richiedere informazioni sul collegamento radio degli inverter presenti nel sistema, uno dopo l’altro. Diagnosi e risoluzione degli errori In generale
Il display visualizza messaggi di errore in caso di guasto o errore di un FRONIUS IG presente nel sistema del Personal Display Se un FRONIUS IG presente nel sistema emette un messaggio di servizio, l’evento è segnalato dal Personal Display con un LED di stato rosso lampeggiante. Per riuscire a individuare l’inverter interessato: Premere il tasto Enter Con le frecce di navigazione orizzontali stabilire la comunicazione tra gli inverter presenti nel sistema. Negli inverter che visualizzano un messaggio di servizio si accende il LED di stato rosso. Inoltre, sul display appare il codice di servizio visualizzato anche sullo stesso FRONIUS IG. Per informazioni sui codici di servizio visualizzati, consultare le istruzioni per l’uso del FRONIUS IG in uso. È possibile confermare e cancellare dal display il codice di servizio visualizzato premendo il tasto Esc. Importante! Il display può salvare fino a 8 errori di un inverter. Confermando il codice di servizio con il tasto Esc, viene visualizzato l’eventuale codice di servizio successivo, se presente.

Per i diritti di garanzia rivolgersi al proprio rivenditore FRONIUS. Sono esclusi i diritti di garanzia sul Personal Display e relativi componenti a causa di: uso improprio montaggio non corretto né a regola d’arte, in particolare eseguito da installatori elettrici non autorizzati uso non corretto dei comandi modifiche arbitrarie apportate all’apparecchio o ai rispettivi componenti azione di corpi estranei e cause di forza maggiore La liquidazione dei diritti di garanzia comporta la riparazione presso FRONIUS o il servizio di assistenza in loco effettuata da partner specializzati del servizio di assistenza FRONIUS. Generalidades Diseño de los aparatos
El FRONIUS IG Personal Display permite consultar los datos de potencia actuales en cualquier momento y en cualquier lugar dentro del alcance especificado por el aparato. Para poder enviar datos al Personal Display, sólo se requiere la Display Card pertinente con antena de radio para el FRONIUS IG. La alimentación de corriente del Personal Display se realiza mediante baterías o la fuente de alimentación incluida en el volumen de suministro. En el FRONIUS IG Personal Display se pueden leer los datos de potencia de hasta 15 FRONIUS IG. Los diferentes modos de indicación permiten consultar los datos de potencia de toda la instalación o de cada inversor por separado.

Requisitos de sistema del FRONIUS IG para el servicio del FRONIUS IG Personal Display: FRONIUS IG a partir del número de serie 14490001 ¡Importante! Los FRONIUS IG a partir del número de serie 14490001 requieren un software Main CTRL de la versión 2.05.00 o superior para el servicio del Personal Display. Éste se puede actualizar utilizando la FRONIUS IG Update Card o el FRONIUS IG Datalogger. -

¡ADVERTENCIA! El manejo incorrecto puede causar graves daños personales y materiales. No se deben utilizar las funciones descritas antes de haber leído y comprendido, en su totalidad, los documentos siguientes: Este manual de instrucciones Todos los manuales de instrucciones de los componentes del sistema, en particular las indicaciones de seguridad.
El Personal Display está destinado exclusivamente al empleo en instalaciones fotovoltaicas con un inversor FRONIUS IG. Cualquier otro uso se considera como no previsto por el diseño constructivo. El fabricante declina cualquier responsabilidad frente a los daños que se pudieran originar. El uso previsto incluye también la observación de las indicaciones del manual de instrucciones Sólo para la versión australiana del Personal Display: El servicio de este aparato está permitido por las disposiciones sobre radiofonía (Low Interference Potential Devices, Variation 2006 No.1). La frecuencia de servicio se halla dentro del margen de 915 - 928 MHz y el servicio está autorizado por las disposiciones mencionadas anteriormente.
Condiciones de emplazamiento
El Personal Display se debe utilizar según la clase de protección IP20 sólo en locales. Proteger el aparato de la acción de la humedad. La antena se puede colocar y utilizar sin restricción alguna en el exterior.

Preparar el FRONIUS IG para la puesta en servicio Generalidades
¡ADVERTENCIA! La tensión de red puede suponer un peligro mortal. Sólo instaladores eléctricos oficiales pueden abrir la zona de conexión en estado sin tensión. ¡ADVERTENCIA! La tensión de red y la tensión DC de los módulos solares puede suponer un peligro mortal. Las tarjetas enchufables sólo se deben introducir si el FRONIUS IG está separado en el lado de red (en el lado AC) está separado en el lado del módulo solar (en el lado DC) ¡OBSERVACIÓN! La distancia de montaje entre las antenas debe ser al menos de 0,5 m (20 pulg.) para no perjudicar la comunicación con el Personal Display en caso de instalaciones con varios inversores. Para conseguir un alcance óptimo, se recomienda una distancia de 1 m (39 pulg.) ¡Importante! La escuadra de montaje forma parte de la antena. La antena se debe montar exclusivamente sobre la escuadra de montaje incluida en el volumen de suministro.
Introducir la Display Card en FRONIUS IG
Para introducir la tarjeta enchufable: 1. Poner el FRONIUS IG en el modo de reposo 2. Separar el FRONIUS IG en el lado AC y en el lado DC 3. Abrir la zona de conexión o retirar la cubierta de la caja. Ver el capítulo „Abrir la caja“ en el manual de instrucciones del FRONIUS IG 4. En función del modelo del aparato: Deslizar la pantalla hacia la izquierda y retirarla hacia delante Desenchufar el cable de cinta plana para la unidad pantalla en la tarjeta de control. ¡OBSERVACIÓN! Peligro de que las tarjetas enchufables sufran daños. Para el manejo de tarjetas enchufables se deben tener en cuenta las disposiciones ESD generales. 5.
Soltar el tornillo de fijación (2) de un puesto enchufable libre y retirar la cubierta para el puesto enchufable

Introducir la Display Card en FRONIUS IG (continuación)
¡OBSERVACIÓN! Se deben observar los siguientes puntos al introducir la Display Card: Enchufar la Display Card sólo en puestos enchufables con las designaciones „Opción 1“, „Opción 2“ u „Opción 3“. En ningún caso se debe enchufar la tarjeta en el puesto enchufable izquierdo que está identificado con ENS. 7. 8.
Montar/conectar la antena

En caso de utilización del FRONIUS IG 400/500, se debe montar la antena en la pared. FRONIUS dispone de la prolongación de cable correspondiente.

Elementos de manejo Generalidades
¡OBSERVACIÓN! Debido a las actualizaciones de firmware puede haber funciones disponibles en su aparato, aunque aún no estén descritas en este manual de instrucciones, y asimismo es posible que suceda lo contrario. Además, alguna ilustración puede variar ligeramente con respecto a los elementos de manejo de su aparato. No obstante, el funcionamiento de los elementos de manejo es idéntico. A través del Personal Display existe la posibilidad de mostrar los datos de potencia de la instalación total, así como para cada inversor. La mayor parte de la guía del menú es idéntica a la del FRONIUS IG.
Descripción de las teclas y de los símbolos
El Personal Display se basa en la pantalla del FRONIUS IG. La descripción detallada de las funciones de las teclas y de los símbolos figura en el manual de instrucciones del FRONIUS IG.

(1) Barra de segmentos Muestra el estado actual de carga (100 - 20 %) de las baterías. Si el estado de carga de las baterías se va acercando a 0, la barra comienza a parpadear. ¡Importante! Si la descarga de las baterías continua, el aparato cambia al modo Sleep y finaliza la radiocomunicación. En el modo Sleep no se realiza ninguna indicación en la pantalla. Pulsando una tecla, aparecerá la indicación „LOW batt“. Volver a cargar las baterías enchufando la fuente de alimentación y pulsar cualquier tecla. (2) Barra para los modos de indicación Muestra el modo de indicación actualmente seleccionado. Puesta en servicio Ajustes previos del FRONIUS IG
El Personal Display permite mostrar los datos de potencia de hasta 15 inversores. Para que el Personal Display pueda diferenciar los diferentes inversores en caso de integración de varios FRONIUS IG, es necesario asignar a cada inversor una dirección en forma de número. ¡Importante! El número ajustado debe estar comprendido entre 01 y 15 para que el Personal Display pueda detectar el inversor. En caso de integración de varios inversores, se debe tener en cuenta que se debe asignar un número diferente a cada inversor. Para ajustar el número IG, ver el manual de instrucciones FRONIUS IG, capítulo „El menú de configuración / Nº IG“
Montar/emplazar el Personal Display
El soporte mural incluido en el volumen de suministro permite montar el Personal Display en cualquier punto de la pared del local deseado utilizar el Personal Display como aparato de sobremesa girando el soporte mural 90º Montaje mural:

Introducir y cargar las baterías
¡ADVERTENCIA! Riesgo de explosión en caso de utilizar tipos de batería inadecuados. Para el servicio del Personal Display, sólo se deben utilizar baterías que correspondan a los tipos de batería del volumen de suministro (ver Datos técnicos). ¡PRECAUCIÓN! Riesgo de destrucción de las baterías en caso de carga en cargadores inadecuados. Cargar las baterías adjuntas sólo en el FRONIUS IG Personal Display. ¡PRECAUCIÓN! Peligro de daños materiales debido a la salida de ácido, especialmente en caso de utilizar al mismo tiempo una batería usada y una batería antigua. Siempre cambiar las baterías a tiempo. Siempre insertar dos baterías nuevas. ¡OBSERVACIÓN! En caso de descarga total, las baterías corren el riesgo de ser destruidas. Prestar atención a que no se descarguen las baterías a un valor inferior al 20 % (indicación en la pantalla). Siempre recargar las baterías a tiempo. ¡Importante! Prestar atención a la polaridad correcta al introducir las baterías. Las baterías incluidas en el volumen de suministro están cargadas en el momento del suministro.

Opcionalmente al servicio de baterías existe la posibilidad de utilizar el Personal Display exclusivamente con el equipo de alimentación. En caso de no disponer de las baterías adecuadas, dejar el compartimento de baterías vacío y conectar el equipo de alimentación al Personal Display.
Desechar las baterías
Efectuar la eliminación de baterías defectuosas observando las normas nacionales y regionales aplicables.

Después de introducir las baterías, aparece „ADD IG“ en la indicación del Personal Display.
Establecer la unión con el inversor
1.
Pulsando la tecla „Enter“, el aparato comienza la búsqueda de los inversores presentes. En la indicación aparece „WAIT“.
2.
Si en la indicación aparece un inversor detectado (por ejemplo, IG 01), se debe agregar al sistema pulsando la tecla „Enter“.
¡Importante! Si no se confirma el inversor detectado mediante la tecla „Enter“, éste no se agrega al sistema y no proporciona datos de potencia al Personal Display. 3.
Repetir este proceso hasta que se hayan guardado todos los inversores presentes en el sistema.
4.
Si el Personal Display no detecta más inversores, permanece „WAIT“ en la indicación.
5.
Finalizar el proceso pulsando la tecla „Esc“.
El Personal Display está ahora preparado para mostrar todos los datos de potencia de la instalación. ¡Importante! Se recomienda seguir el procedimiento siguiente para facilitar el establecimiento de la comunicación en las instalaciones con varios inversores: 1. Conectar sólo un inversor a la red. 2. Realizar un reset de la Display Card que se encuentra en el inversor (ver el capítulo Diagnóstico y solución de errores). 3. Establecer la conexión con ADD IG (según la descripción anterior). 4. Repetir el proceso con los demás inversores.

Concepto de manejo Generalidades
El Personal Display dispone de unos modos de indicación similares a los del FRONIUS IG. Una descripción detallada de los valores de indicación figura en el manual de instrucciones del FRONIUS IG. La alimentación de corriente independiente del Personal Display permite consultar los datos de potencia de la instalación incluso por la noche. Durante el día, el Personal Display se encuentra por defecto en el modo de indicación „Now“. Por la noche, el FRONIUS IG separa la conexión a la red y el Personal Display cambia al modo de indicación „Day“.
Indicación de pantalla
Pulsar cualquier tecla para activar la indicación de pantalla. La iluminación de la pantalla se apaga si no se pulsa ninguna tecla en 10 segundos. La pantalla cambia al modo Sleep al cabo de un tiempo predeterminado para ahorrar energía de batería. La indicación de pantalla se apaga y se vuelve a activar pulsando cualquier tecla. Se puede cambiar el tiempo predeterminado hasta pasar al modo de ahorro de corriente en el menú de configuración. También existe la posibilidad de desactivar el modo Sleep. Ver el capítulo „El menú de configuración“ para los ajustes generales de la indicación de pantalla.
Modos de indicación
Por defecto, la indicación de la suma de los datos de potencia de todos los FRONIUS IG que se encuentran en el sistema se realiza en el modo de indicación Now. Si hay varios inversores en el sistema (posibilidad de hasta 15), se pueden consultar los datos de potencia de cada inversor. ¡Importante! Si en el sistema sólo se encuentra un FRONIUS IG, la indicación en el Personal Display se realiza de forma idéntica a la guía del menú de la pantalla del FRONIUS IG. Los siguientes modos de indicación se encuentran disponibles para los datos de potencia de: La instalación total Cada uno de los FRONIUS IG que se encuentran en el sistema Modo de indicación Now Indicación de valores actuales Modo de indicación Day Indicación de valores sobre la alimentación de la red del día actual Modo de indicación Year (sólo en combinación con un Datalogger) Indicación de valores sobre la alimentación de la red del año natural actual Modo de indicación Total Indicación de valores sobre la alimentación de la red desde la primera puesta en servicio ¡Importante! Si no se pulsa ninguna tecla durante 2 minutos, el aparato vuelve a cambiar automáticamente al modo de indicación „Now“ con la indicación de los datos de potencia de la instalación total. 11

Seleccionar el modo de indicación 1.
Pulsar la tecla de menú.

Seleccionar el modo de indicación deseado mediante las teclas de flecha de navegación de la barra de indicación (1).
3.
Confirma el modo de indicación seleccionado pulsando la tecla „Enter“.

Cambiar entre la instalación total „ALL“ y un inversor individual „IG XX“ (cuando hay varios FRONIUS IG en el sistema) 1. Pulsar la tecla „Enter“. 2.
La indicación „ALL“ aparece en la pantalla. Las flechas de navegación cambian a la posición horizontal.

Cambiar al siguiente inversor del sistema mediante las flechas de navegación.
4.
Soltando la tecla de flecha de navegación, la indicación vuelve a cambiar automáticamente a la indicación de potencia del inversor seleccionado en este momento.
5.
Pulsar la tecla de flecha de navegación hacia la derecha para cambiar al siguiente inversor que se encuentra en el sistema. Pulsar la tecla „Enter“ para consultar otros datos del inversor seleccionado. Las flechas de navegación cambian a la posición vertical. Pulsando las teclas de la navegación se pueden ver ahora todos los datos del inversor seleccionado.

Para consultar el valor de indicación actualmente mostrado de otros inversores: Pulsar la tecla „Enter“. Las flechas de navegación cambian a la posición horizontal. Cambiar al siguiente inversor pulsando las teclas de flecha de navegación.

¡Importante! Basta con pulsar al mismo tiempo las dos teclas de flecha de navegación para volver al modo de indicación „Now“ con la indicación de los datos de potencia de la instalación total. El LED de estado que se encuentra en el Personal Display muestra siempre el estado actual del inversor seleccionado. El LED de estado está apagado durante el servicio normal en el menú ALL. El LED de estado comienza a parpadear si algún inversor del sistema emite un mensaje de servicio. Menú

El menú de configuración Generalidades
El menú de configuración sirve para efectuar ajustes previos para el servicio del Personal Display. No es posible acceder a los ajustes de configuración de un inversor.
Entrada al menú de configuración
1.
Pulsar la tecla de menú.
2.
Cambiar al modo de indicación „Setup“ mediante las teclas de navegación.
¡Importante! Sólo se puede acceder al menú de configuración en „MENU ALL“. 3.

Pulsar la tecla „Enter“.
OFFSET Es posible corregir los valores de energía si se producen desviaciones entre el contador y la indicación del Personal Display. El valor de corrección ajustado se suma a los datos de potencia enviados por el FRONIUS IG en el modo de indicación „ALL TOTAL“. 1. 2.
Cambio de la cifra que está parpadeando en la pantalla pulsando las flechas de navegación. Confirmar el ajuste y cambiar al siguiente punto pulsando la tecla „Enter“.
3.
Una vez confirmado el último punto en la indicación, ésta cambia al ajuste del punto decimal.
4.
Desplazar el punto decimal pulsando las flechas de navegación.
¡Importante! La indicación se realiza siempre en MWh. Margen de ajuste: 0.001 - 9999 MWh Ejemplo: 735 kWh = 0.735 MWh 5.

CASH Ajuste de la divisa y de la tasa de facturación para la remuneración de la energía suministrada. EUR (ajuste de fábrica) Cambio de la letra que está parpadeando en la pantalla pulsando las flechas de navegación. Confirmar el ajuste y cambiar al siguiente punto pulsando la tecla „Enter“. Se debe confirmar la entrada dos veces después de haber introducido el último dígito. La indicación cambia al ajuste de la remuneración de energía. El ajuste de la remuneración de energía funciona de forma idéntica al ajuste de la divisa. SLEEP LCD Ajuste previo de tiempo para la indicación de pantalla (modo de ahorro de corriente). 1, 5, 10 MIN La indicación de pantalla se apaga después de la indicación de tiempo ajustada previamente si no se pulsa ninguna tecla. Se vuelve a activar la indicación de pantalla pulsando cualquier tecla.
NEVER La indicación de pantalla se mantiene de forma constante.
CONTRAST Ajuste del contraste de la pantalla LCD. Como el contraste varía en función de la temperatura, puede ser necesario cambiar el contraste si las condiciones ambientales cambian. 1MIN - 7MAX Confirmar el ajuste seleccionado pulsando la tecla „Enter“. Pulsando la tecla „Esc“ se mantiene el ajuste actual.

LIGHT LCD Ajuste previo de la iluminación de la pantalla. AUTO La iluminación de la pantalla se apaga con un retardo de 10 segundos después de pulsar la última tecla. OFF La iluminación de la pantalla está constantemente apagada. ON La iluminación de la pantalla está constantemente encendida. ¡Importante! En el servicio de baterías, el ajuste „ON“ es idéntico al ajuste „AUTO“ a fin de evitar la descarga prematura de las baterías. CHECK RF Comprobar el radioenlace con los inversores. Pulsando las teclas de navegación se puede consultar sucesivamente el radioenlace de todos los inversores que se encuentran en el sistema. RF OK IG XX El radioenlace con el inversor mostrado funciona sin perturbaciones. NO RF IG XX El radioenlace con el inversor seleccionado está averiado o éste se encuentra fuera del alcance. Ver el capítulo Diagnóstico y solución de errores. ADD IG Integrar un nuevo FRONIUS IG en el sistema (ver el capítulo „Puesta en servicio“, apartado „Establecer la unión con el inversor“).

DEL IG Excluir un FRONIUS IG Si en el sistema se encuentra un FRONIUS IG cuyos datos de potencia no deben ser captados por el Personal Display, existe la posibilidad de volver a excluir a éste del sistema. 1. 2. 3.

CARD IG XX Consultar la versión de software de la Display Card que se encuentra en el FRONIUS IG. Pulsando la tecla „Enter“, el Personal Display establece la conexión con el FRONIUS IG seleccionado. Pulsando la tecla „Esc“ se puede cancelar el proceso prematuramente.
MENU MODE Ajuste de datos de indicación específicos del usuario en los modos de indicación Now, Day, Year y Total. PRO MODE Indicación de todos los datos disponibles de la instalación. EASY MODE Indicación exclusivamente de los datos siguientes: Pac Ganancias CO2 Horas de servicio 18
Diagnóstico y solución de errores Generalidades
La pantalla muestra los mensajes de error en caso de avería o de error de un FRONIUS IG que se encuentra dentro del sistema del Personal Display Si un FRONIUS IG que se encuentra dentro del sistema emite un mensaje de servicio, el Personal Display lo señala mediante el LED de estado parpadeando en rojo. Para identificar el inversor correspondiente: Pulsar la tecla „Enter“. Pasar los inversores que se encuentran dentro del sistema con las flechas de navegación horizontales. El LED de estado rojo está iluminado en caso de que los inversores muestren un mensaje de servicio. En la pantalla aparece además el código de servicio que también se emite en el FRONIUS IG mismo. Informaciones sobre los códigos de servicio mostrados figuran en el manual de instrucciones del FRONIUS IG. El código de servicio mostrado se puede confirmar y borrar de la pantalla pulsando la tecla „Esc“. ¡Importante! La pantalla puede guardar hasta 8 errores de un inversor. Confirmando el código de servicio con la tecla „Esc“, se muestra en cada caso el siguiente código de servicio.
Diagnóstico y solución de errores

No se puede establecer la comunicación entre el Personal Display y el FRONIUS IG Causa: Solución:
Un Personal Display sólo puede comunicar con los FRONIUS IG que se encuentran dentro del sistema. Si se sustituye el Personal Display por uno nuevo, se deben borrar todos los Fronius IG que se encuentran dentro del sistema de la configuración del Personal Display (ver el capítulo „El menú de configuración“, apartado „DEL IG“).
¡OBSERVACIÓN! Si no se han borrado los inversores que se encuentran dentro del sistema de la configuración del Personal Display y el Personal Display utilizado anteriormente ya no se encuentra disponible (por ejemplo, en caso de una avería), se debe resetear la Display Card en el FRONIUS IG. Resetear la Display Card en el FRONIUS IG: 1. Entrar al menú de configuración, punto de menú „DatCom“. 2. Hojear con las teclas de flecha hasta llegar al subpunto de menú „PDCD RST“. 3. Resetear la Display Card pulsando la tecla „Enter“.

Garantía y responsabilidad Disposición de garantía y responsabilidad
El FRONIUS IG Personal Display y los componentes pertinentes disfrutan de una garantía según las condiciones comerciales generales. Durante este tiempo FRONIUS garantiza el funcionamiento correcto del aparato. Si se tratase de un defecto imputable a FRONIUS, FRONIUS asumirá el arreglo gratuitamente dentro del plazo de garantía. Para los casos de derechos de garantía, rogamos se dirija a su distribuidor de FRONIUS. Queda excluido cualquier derecho de garantía para el Personal Display y sus componentes en los siguientes casos: Utilización no prevista Montaje indebido y contrario a las normas, en particular si es realizado por instaladores eléctricos no autorizados Manejo indebido Cambios arbitrarios en el aparato o en los componentes pertinentes Influencia de cuerpos extraños y fuerza mayor La tramitación de los derechos de garantía requiere el arreglo en las instalaciones de FRONIUS o que el servicio sea prestado in situ por los distribuidores formados de FRONIUS. La devolución de aparatos se debe efectuar en el embalaje original o un embalaje equivalente. Estas prestaciones son responsabilidad del distribuidor o de su instalador, al igual que el montaje del aparato reparado.
Alcance de la garantía
La garantía sólo es aplicable al Personal Display y a los componentes pertinentes (antenas y tarjeta enchufable). Los demás componentes de la instalación fotovoltaica, así como las baterías suministradas adjunto, quedan excluidos de toda garantía.
Plazo de garantía
24 meses desde la fecha de instalación.
