The following Promotion is intended for participants in the United States only and shall be governed, construed, and evaluated according to the laws of the United States and the state of California. Do not proceed in this Promotion if you are not a legal resident of the United States. Further eligibility restrictions are contained in the official rules (“Official Rules”) below.

DESCRIPTION: The Minuto Para Ganar Watch and Win Promotion (“Promotion”) will begin on Monday, February 11, 2013 starting at 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (“ET”) and run for three (3) weeks ending on Friday, March 1, 2013 at 11:59 PM ET. (“Promotion Period”). The Sponsors of this Promotion are Mapalé LLC and MundoFox Broadcasting LLC (“Sponsor”). This Promotion requires the Participant to visit a website and enter the word of the day that will appear on-air during the MundoFox Prime time hours of 7:00 PM ET to 11:00 PM ET (“Entries”) to enter to win the opportunity to attend a taping of Minuto Para Ganar in New York City (“Prize”).

DESCRIPCIÓN: La promoción Mira y Gana de Minuto Para Ganar (“Promoción”) iniciará el Lunes, Febrero 11, 2013 comenzando a las 7:00 PM Hora Estándar del Este (“ET”) continuando por tres (3) semanas terminando Viernes, Marzo 1, 2013 a la 11:59 PM ET (“Período de Promoción”). Los Patrocinadores de este Promoción son Mapalé LLC y MundoFox Broadcasting LLC (“Patrocinador”). Esta Promoción requiere que los Participantes visiten una página web y escriban y envíen la palabra del día que aparecerá en el aire varias veces durante las horas de Prime Time, 7:00 PM ET hasta 11:00 PM ET, en MundoFox (“Entradas”) para entrar a ganar el oportunidad a asistir la grabación de Minuto Para Ganar en Nueva York (“Premio”).

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: By participating in the Promotion, each Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: An Eligible Participant (defined below) may enter the Promotion, if during the Promotion Period, they visit the Sponsor’s Promotion website at Mundofox8.com and fill out the entry form with their contact information and the word of the day that will appear on-air at least three (3) times during the Prime Time hours of 7:00 p.m. ET to 11:00 p.m. ET on MundoFox WGEN channel 8 each day during the Promotion Period or Participants can simply fill out the entry form with their contact information (“Entry”).

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS: To be an Eligible Participant, Participant must conform to the following Eligibility Requirements: 1. Each Participant must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of participation; 2. Each Participant must be a legal resident of the United States, and domiciled in the state of Florida. 3. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and Brillante Productions, (collectively, "Promotion Entities") and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, representatives and Promotion and advertising agencies, together with the immediate family members and those living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

PARTICIPANTES ELEGIBLES: Para ser un Participante Elegible, el Participante debe cumplir con los siguientes Requisitos de Elegibilidad: 1. Cada Participante debe tener dieciocho (18) años de edad o más al momento de la participación; 2. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS: At the end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will randomly draw one (1) Entry from all Entries received with the correct answers during the Promotion Period (“Winner”). Winner will be notified on or about Monday, March 4, 2013 but no later than Tuesday, March 5, 2013, via electronic mail to the email address provided by Participant. (“Notification”). The Notification will contain Prize acceptance terms and documents to be signed by Winner. Chances of winning are dependent on the number of Entries received.

DETERMINACIÓN DE LOS GANADORES: Al final del Periodo del Promoción, Patrocinador aleatoriamente sacará una (1) entrada de todos los Entradas recibidos con el repuestas correctas durante el Período de la Promoción ("Ganador"). Only Entries actually received will be counted as Entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entries for any reason including but not limited to failure to meet the Eligibility Requirements, incomplete Entries, unintelligible Entries, unreadable Entries, Entries which contain technical errors, and/or attempts by the same person to submit multiple Entries.

PRIZE: The Winner will receive (i) the opportunity for Winner and a guest to attend a taping of Minuto Para Ganar in New York City; (ii) two (2) economy class airplane roundtrip ticket from Miami, FL. to New York City and back to Miami, Fl. for Winner and a guest; and (iii) hotel accommodation (room and tax only) for Winner and a guest for two (2) nights during your stay in New York for the Taping.

No Cash Value. If winner cannot accept the Prize, or any portion thereof, as stated, the Prize may be forfeited at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Any applicable taxes on the Prizes are the sole responsibility of the respective Winner. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above are Winner’s sole responsibility. Time is of the essence, if Winner is not able to accept the Prize, the Prize is forfeited.

RELEASE: By participating, Participant and their guest acknowledges and agrees: (A) to release Promotion Entities and the directors, officers, agents, and employees of each and such Promotion Entities will not be responsible for any and all liability for any and all claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind including, without limitation, death and bodily injury due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to their participation in the Promotion or from Participants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of the Prize, and, including but limited to the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable information; (B) that Sponsor reserve the right to terminate this Promotion in the event of technical errors or failures of technology; (C) that Sponsor has not made any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to the Prize, including, without limitation, to such Prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

CONSENT TO USE PHOTO, NAME, STATEMENTS: Except where prohibited by law, submission of your Entry in this Promotion is your irrevocable consent to the copy, reproduction, editing, exhibition, and other use by Sponsor, or its designee of the Winner and Guest’s name and likeness in any and all media in connection with Sponsor, Brillante Productions, and/or the Promotion, throughout the world in perpetuity without additional consideration, consent or review.

By submitting to the Promotion, Participants understand and acknowledge that your Entry and any other communications you may transmit in any manner and for any reason to Sponsor will not be treated as confidential or proprietary. Winner and their guest may be required to sign a release or other documents indicating that they meet Eligibility Requirements, they consent to the use of their photo and likeness, and etc.

DISPUTES: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without respect to any choice of law or conflict of law principles that would result in the application of any law other than that of California. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, Participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration, without resort to any form of class action, in accordance with the arbitration provision set forth below.

CONTROVERSIAS: Esta Promoción está gobernada por las leyes de los Estados Unidos y del Estado de California, sin respeto a cualquier elección de ley o principios de conflictos legales que se resultan en la aplicación de cualquier otra ley que la de California. ARBITRATION PROVISION: By participating in this Promotion, each Participant agrees that any and all disputes the Participant may have with, or claims Participant may have against the Sponsor relating to, arising out of or connected in any way with (i) the Promotion, (ii) the awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (iii) the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved individually and exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the National Arbitration Forum (“Forum”) and conducted before a sole arbitrator pursuant to the Code of Procedure established by the Forum. The arbitration shall be held at a location determined by the Forum pursuant to the Code of Procedure, or at such other location as may be mutually agreed upon by the participant and Sponsor. The arbitrator’s decision shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and any of the other agreements referenced herein that the applicable participant may have entered into in connection with the Promotion. There shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis; arbitration can decide only the participant’s and/or Sponsor’s individual claims and the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated. The arbitrator shall not have the power to award special or punitive damages against the participant or Sponsor. If any part of this Arbitration Provision is deemed to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the balance of this Arbitration Provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

CLÁUSULA DE ARBITRAJE: Al participar en esta Promoción, cada Participante acepta que todas las disputas que el Participante tenga con, o Participante reclamaciones puedan tener en contra el Patrocinador en relación con, que surja de, o relacionados de alguna manera con (i) la promoción, (ii) la entrega o el redención de cualquier premio, y/o (iii) la determinación del alcance o la aplicabilidad de este acuerdo de arbitraje, se resolverán individualmente y exclusivamente por arbitraje definitivo y vinculante administrado por el National Arbitration Forum ("Forum") y conducido ante un árbitro único de conformidad con el Código de Procedimientos establecido por el Forum. El arbitraje se llevará a cabo en un lugar determinado por el Forum de conformidad con el Código de Procedimiento, o en cualquier otro lugar que puede ser acordado mutualmente entre el participante y el Patrocinador. La decisión del árbitro se regirá por los términos y condiciones de estos Reglas Oficiales y cualquiera de los otros acuerdos mencionados en este documento que el Participante aplicable haya contraído en relación con la Promoción. If there is any discrepancy between the Spanish Version of the Official Rules and the English Version of the Official Rules, the English Version shall be controlling.
