Job description.Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for breakfast menu items in the designated outlets in accordance with departmental quality standards, recipes and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Prep for lunch and stock control. REQUIREMENTS Education

Compulsory Education or equivalent vocational training certificate

Experience needed

2 years as a line cook at a busy hotel or restaurant. Food handling certificate

Language skills

Reasonable level of English
