AUDITOR’S REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2012 – Mrs. Farris moved and Mr. Dalbom seconded for the Board to approve the Auditor’s Report. No significant deficiencies or material weaknesses were reported. Motion carried 7-0.

BASE AGREEMENT W ITH USD #259 FOR CHISHOLM – Mr. Nicholson moved and Mr. Klausmeyer seconded for the Board to approve the Base Agreement with Wichita USD #259 for the 2012-2013 school year. Motion carried 7-0.

LEASE AGREEMENT FOR SPECIAL ED SUPPORT CENTER – Mr. Klausmeyer moved and Mr. Graf seconded for the Board to approve the renewal of the lease agreement for the building at 520 Industrial, Goddard, KS, with Jeffrey W. Schmidt at a cost of $19,800.00 for the 2012-2013 school year. Motion carried 7-0.

EXECUTIVE SESSION - Mr. Smith moved and Mr. Dalbom seconded for the Board and Cooperative Administration per Board discretion, to move into Executive Session at 7:45 p.m. for a period of 15 minutes to discuss Non-Elected Personnel and Student Related Matters and to return to open session at 8:00 p.m. in the Special Education Board Room. Motion carried 7-0.

DISCUSSION OF ACTIVITY FUND REPORTING – Mr. Clark explained to the Board how the activity fund accounting is currently reported and asked if the Board wanted a more extensive report each month, quarterly or yearly. The Board recommended a once a year report of the activity fund.
