Tareas  milling aluminium pieces – serial work  put the metal pieces into the machines  take out the fnished pieces and measure them  CNC OPERATOR / MILLER  Mobility   Use measuring tools, such as Vernier-caliper, micrometer, …  Keep your workplace clean  You can read technical drawings.  You can work accurately and you have an eye for quality. Perfil       

Your training: Mechanical design techniques Specialization computerized machines You have experience with milling. You have experience with Fanuc You can measure with an adapted measuring conveniences (caliper, micrometer, ...). You can read technical drawings. You can work accurately and you have an eye for quality.

 You can work independently and efciently.  You love order and cleanliness .  You are to communicate in English .

Competencias :  De vervormingsbewerkingen bepalen en de staat en de veiligheidsvoorzieningen van de apparatuur controleren  De apparatuur (valhamer, pers, trekpers, wals, ...) opstarten en op productiesnelheid brengen, en zorgen voor de toevoer of plaatsing van stukken  Preventief of correctief basisonderhoud van machines of uitrustingen uitvoeren  Gegevens voor productie- en kwaliteitsopvolging registreren (storingen, interventies, ...)  Het verloop van de vervormingsbewerkingen controleren, storingen identifceren en verhelpen  Toezicht houden op een oven en de parameters ervan regelen  De apparatuur regelen en bijstellen tijdens de productie  De afgewerkte stukken uitnemen, de kwaliteit controleren en niet-conforme stukken apart houden  Werkstukken, bobijnen, ... markeren en verpakken  Vervormings- en snijgereedschappen monteren, demonteren en afstellen Contacto Send us your English resume to [email protected] with reference
