Possible actions: • Short term staff exchanges (focusing especially on young faculty) • Using sabbaticals, especially from US schools (access to high quality faculty at low cost) • Student exchanges – consortium framework to recognise academic grades in short exchanges • IAJBS award for students (bringing students, local & international teams working in social projects) • Establishing a consortium scheme for long student exchange stays (like Erasmus program in Europe)
Possible actions: • Put on IAJBS website: current research projects and recent publications by faculty member; plus a link to each school. Build a search engine. • Bring faculty to int’l meetings to meet people with similar experience and interests • Establish an Electronic Forum for exchange of research ideas • Use the “colleagues” model for exchange • Clarifying classification of international journals • Comparative study on how faculty are incentivised to do research (bonus for tier 1 articles, standards for promotion)

• To use IAJBS webpage to inform about graduate & PhD programs offered.
