The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, which operates Muni, is excited to announce the launch of the 55 16th Street bus route on January 31, 2015 to connect customers and the community from 16th Street Mission Street to UCSF’s Mission Bay campus, the new UCSF Medical Center at Mission Bay, and the growing 16th Street corridor. This new route is part of Muni Forward, the SFMTA’s initiative to create a safer and more reliable transportation system. 19

MISSION BART:

The 55 16th Street route will operate seven days a week from approximately 6 a.m. to midnight. Weekday daytime service will operate every 15 minutes and service will operate every 20 minutes on weekday evenings and on weekends. All bus stops are accessible. There will be no route or frequency changes to the 22 Fillmore or 33 Stanyan on January 31, 2015.

NUEVA RUTA DE AUTOBÚS MUNI DE BART A MISSION BAY EMPIEZA EL 31 DE ENERO DE 2015 La Agencia de Transporte Municipal de San Francisco, que opera el servicio de Muni, se complace en anunciar la adición de la línea nueva de autobús 55 empezando el 31 de enero de 2015. La línea conectara los clientes y a la comunidad desde las calles 16 y Mission al nuevo Centro Médico de UCSF en Mission Bay, y al corredor de la calle 16 que sigue creciendo. La ruta 55 16th Street operará los siete días de la semana desde aproximadamente las 6 a.m. hasta la medianoche.
