Introduction
New digital technologies have had greatly benefited modern dental treatment, with the introduction of Cone Beam Computed Tomography CBCT technology in the past decade, enabling clinicians to diagnose and treat patients using three-dimensional (3D) data. The development of a dental implant with a profile optimize the anatomic dimensions is ideally accomplished with an customized abutment to the desired tooth dimensions and soft-tissue contour. Using computer technology also aids in patient satisfaction because surgical times are shorter, less invasive, improve times, and avoid clinical complications. Customized anatomic abutments improve esthetic outcomes in implant dentistry. The esthetic is associated with the color of the material in the submucosal periimplant region and improved periimplant emergence profile.

Case 1
A 20 year old patient from the implantology clinic, he presented with an absence of the 23 for implant treatment. As routine for diagnosis we make a CBCT and an intra oral scanner. The treatment plan is guided surgical with flapless technique, placing the implant with a prosthetic and personalized restoration.

Conclusions Conclusions
Guided implant surgery represents uprising and promising surgical approaches to avoid patient morbidity, these techniques may help to substantially increase patient satisfaction with dental implant treatment. There are disadvantages to the use of CT guidance, including the technical learning curve, use of the software and the additional cost of both a radiographic and surgical guide.
