In a land of 10,000 m2, 2 kilometers away from the Caribbean Sea, are located 8 towers of apartments, surrounded by rainforest in an environment of virgin nature. A large cross of 200m —full of exuberant vegetation native to the region, fountains and bodies of water to the bank of the terraces— is formed between the two blocks of buildings.

Las albercas siempre rodeadas de vegetación, son de diferente uso: carriles de nado, alberca infantil, recreativa, asoleaderos húmedos, hidromasajes, bar acuático con cascadas y terrazas de descanso y convivencia. Se busca recuperar las especies vegetales valiosas del lugar para su integración en el proyecto, la recuperación y almacenamiento del agua de lluvia para su uso en riego y sistemas constructivos y materiales amigables con el ambiente.

The pools, which are always surrounded by vegetation, are of different use: swimming lanes, children’s pool, recreational, humid sun beds, hydromassages, pool bar with waterfalls and terraces for leisure and coexistence. It seeks to recover and integrate the valuable plant species from the native land in the project. The recovery and storage of rainwater is intended for use in irrigation and consruction systems alongside of environmentally friendly materials.
