To all World Archery Member Associations Dear Members; The Executive Committee of the Asociación Deportiva Nacional de Tiro con Arco de Guatemala is honored to extend this invitation for participation in the Sports Festival and World Ranking Archery Tournament to be held in Guatemala City. This event will also serve as a Qualifier for the next Central American and Caribbean Sports Games, Barranquilla 2018, and will be held June 28 through July 4 in Guatemala City. This tournament will be organized and run according to World Archery rules for the two divisions, Recurve and Compound bows. This document also includes all the information regarding registration and participation. Reservations and Meals The official hotel for the Sport Festival and World Archery Ranking Championships, Guatemala City, 2017 will be The Crowne Plaza Hotel. The OC will provide transportation just from and to the official hotel (airport and archery venue). The cost for transportation and feeding (Breakfast and dinner at the hotel and lunch at the archery venue) are includes in the lodging amount. The breakfast and dinner will be served at the official hotel, and the lunch at the archery venue. The lunches at the hotel are not included in the indicated amount above, will cost USD$ 24.00 each, and must be paid directly to the hotel.

Preliminary and Final Registration: All registration process must be completed using the World Archery Online Registration System, WAREOS. In order to use WAREOS, please log in on http://register.worldarchery.org/, with your Username and Password assigned by World Archery going to “Online Registration” Please pay attention to the stated deadlines. Teams will not be able to enter or update their data in WAREOS after deadlines, as the system will be blocked. Final Entries processed after the deadline will result in a penalty fee of USD $50 per athlete to be paid to the LOC upon arrival. At the time of registration all delegations should send a picture (Passport size) of each member for their accreditation.
