Ricardo Montezuma Directeur de la Fondation Ciudad Humana, Bogotá, Colombie

Biographie Diplômé d'un Master et d'un Doctorat en Urbanisme à l'Ecole nationale des Ponts et Chaussées à Paris, Ricardo Montezuma est également professeur invité à l'Institut Français d'Urbanisme et dans d'autres universités d'Amérique latine, des Etats-Unis et d'Europe. Il a écrit et publié de nombreux livres et articles. Il a également été le conseiller du Maire de Bogotá, Antanas Mockus et membre de la direction de Transmilenio, le système de transport de Bogotá. Par ailleurs, Ricardo Montezuma a également été chroniqueur pour le journal El Tiempo. Enfin, il est conseiller international en Mobilité et Développement urbain durable dans de nombreuses villes d'Amérique latine et des Caraïbes, et consultant pour la Banque Mondiale, la BID (Banque Interaméricaine de Développement), le PGU-ALC (Programme de Gestion UrbaineAmérique Latine et Caraïbe), l’AFD (Agence Française de Développement), l’OPS/OMS (Organisation Panaméricaine de la Santé), entre autres.

Ricardo Montezuma Directeur de la Fondation Ciudad Humana

Biography Master and Ph.D. in Urban Planning at the French School of "Ponts et Chaussées" in Paris, of which he later became professor. Associate investigator of the Laboratory on Urban Mutations Theories (Paris, France) and visiting scholar at the French Institute of Urbanism and other universities in Latin America, the United States and Europe. He is the author or editor of 12 books and has participated in multiple collective publications. He was the Advisor of Bogota's Mayor, Antanas Mockus; a member of the Transmilenio's Board of Directors and a columnist for the newspaper El Tiempo. He is an International Consultant in Sustainable Urban Mobility in several Latin American cities and for international organizations such as the World Bank, UN (Habitat, UNDP and UMP), PAHO, IDB, CAF, the Urbanism Workshop of Paris and the French Agency for Development (AFD). He is now the Director of Fundación Ciudad Humana and a Tenured Professor at the National University in Colombia.

Ha sido profesor invitado del Instituto Francés de Urbanismo y de otras universidades en América Latina, Estado Unidos y Europa. Ha escrito o editado varios libros y artículos. Ha sido asesor del Alcalde de Bogotá, Antanas Mockus y miembro de la Junta Directiva de Transmilenio, así como columnista de El Tiempo. Es Asesor Internacional en Movilidad y Sostenibilidad Urbana en varias ciudades de América Latina y el Caribe, y consultor del banco Mundial, PGU-ALC, AFD, PNUD, OPS y BID entre otras.
