Background: Objetive:
The keratoc yst is a slow growing odontogenic cyst. It presents round the third and fourth decade of life, as a unique or multiple lesion, with a relation male/female 2:1. It has predilection for the mandibular angle.
To present the treatment in a patient with multiple mandibular keratocysts, by avoiding any kind of mandibular resection.
Methods :
En 11 pacientes los hallazgos histopatológicos fueron positivos.
Resultados:
En dos pacientes, los tejidos resecados no presentaron enfermedad. En uno, no se encontró tejido enfermo.

RESULTS: The patient evolved without complications nor recurrence up to the present.
Conclusions:
In most of the cases, the keratocysts are asimptomatic, although the problem is still the high recurrence that goes from 30% to 60% of the cases. The three stages surgical treatment described, allowed to mantain the mandible, without causing any trouble in motility, chewing or
