Leer atentamente la Guía para la elaboración del Acuerdo Académico
3.
Elaborar un borrador de Learning Agreement (acuerdo de estudios).
4.
Comprobar la viabilidad del acuerdo de estudios propuesto a través de nuestra aplicación informática .
5.
Enviar por email al tutor o tutora de movilidad correspondiente (ver information sheet ) y a la Oficina de Movilidad (
[email protected] ): a.
Pdf generado por nuestra aplicación informática confirmando viabilidad del acuerdo (ver punto 4).
b.
Learning Agreement en el impreso de la Universidad de origen, firmado y sellado por origen y estudiante
c. 6.
Indicar en el asunto: Acuerdo [ universidad origen] UGR 1617 [ nombre estudiante ]
Registrarse online en la Oficina de Relaciones Internacionales Central (ORI Central) de la Universidad de Granada y rellenar online el borrador del acuerdo de estudios ( ver information sheet)
7.
Si el Learning Agreement es efectivamente viable, su borrador será validado a través de la aplicación informática de la ORI Central y recibirá un correo informándole de esto ( ver information sheet )
8.
Su Learning Agreement será firmado por destino (UGR) y enviado a su universidad de origen por email con copia al estudiante.

Draft a Learning Agreement.

Check the feasibility of the proposed Learning Agreement by our application .
4.
Send by email to the appropriate Coordinator (see information sheet) and to our Mobility Office (
[email protected] ): a. The Pdf generated by our application confirming the viability of the Learning Agreement (see 4). b. The Learning Agreement with the form of the home University, duly signed and stamped by the home University and the student. c. Please indicate on subject email: Acuerdo [ Home University ] UGR 1617 [ student name ]
5.
Register online at the Main International Relations Office (Oficina de Relaciones Internacionales Central ORI Central) of the University of Granada and fill in online the Learning Agreement draft ( see information sheet )
6. If the Learning Agreement is actually feasible, it will be validated through the online application and you would receive an email informing about this (see information sheet ). 7.
Your Learning Agreement will be signed by the Host University (UGR) and will be sent to your home University by email with a copy to the student.
