TEEN HEALTH Several years ago, our school board selected a Sex Education and AIDS prevention program that we believe will both meet the community standard and assist our junior high school students in developing a healthy, wholesome attitude towards their sexuality. Teen Health Associates is a True Abstinence program, clearly presenting the message there is No Safe Sex for Teens. This five-day course is taught by Connie Moustakis, and will be presented to the seventh and eighth grade boys and girls separately. The Teen Health outline is posted on the school website. [email protected] or attend the Parent Meeting on Monday, February 4th at 5:30 pm in the Music Room. The most frequent comment made to school personnel concerning the program is that it promotes communication between the parent and child. The class is scheduled to run February 12-20, 2019. If you do not want your child to participate in the Teen Health Program, you must notify the school in writing.
SALUD ADOLESCENTE Hace varios años, nuestra Mesa directive seleccionó un programa de educación sexual y prevención del SIDA que creemos que cumplirá con los estándares de la comunidad y ayudará a nuestros estudiantes de secundaria a desarrollar una actitud sana y saludable hacia su sexualidad. Teen Health Associates es un programa de Abstinencia Verdadera, que presenta claramente el mensaje: No hay sexo seguro para los adolescentes. Connie Moustakis imparte este curso de cinco días y se presentará a los niños y niñas de séptimo y octavo grado por separado. El perfil de Teen Health está publicado en el sitio web de la escuela.
