Reglas  Oficiales     1.Nombre  de  la  Promoción:  Univision’s  “Jumanji:  Welcome  to  the  Jungle”  Trip  to  Hawaii  Concurso   (“Promoción”)           NO  ES  NECESARIA  LA  COMPRA  O  EL  PAGO  ALGUNO  PARA  PARTIOCIPAR  O  GANAR.    LA  COMPRA  NO   MEJORARÁ  SUS  OPORTUNIDADES  DE  GANAR.    INVALIDO  DONDE  PROHIBIDO.  ABIERTO  SOLO  PARA   RESIDENTES  LEGALES  DE  LOS  ESTADOS  UNIDOS  MAYORES  DE  21  AÑOS  CON  DOCUMENTACION   VALIDA  PARA  VIAJAR.     ESTA  PROMOCIÓN  DE  NINGUNA  MANERA  ES  PATROCINADO,  AVALADOS  O  ADMINISTRADOS  POR  O   ASOCIADO  CON  INSTAGRAM,  LLC  (“INSTAGRAM”)  O  TWITTER,  INC.  (“TWITTER”).     2.  Nombre  y  dirección  del  Patrocinador:  Univision  Interactive  Media,  Inc.,  con  oficinas  en  8551  NW  30th   Terrace,  Miami,  FL  33122     3.  Nombre  y  dirección  del  Co  –  Patrocinador:  N/A     4.  Fechas  de  participación:  La  Promoción  comienza  el  13  de  noviembre  del  2017  a  las  12:00:01  a.m.   hora  del  Este  (“EST”)  y  finaliza  el  3  de  diciembre  del  2017  a  las  11:59:59  pm  ET.    Todas  las   participaciones  completas  deberán  ser  recibidas  antes  del  3  de  diciembre  del  2017  a  las  11:59:59  pm  ET.     5.  Elegibilidad:  Participantes  deben  ser  mayores  de  21  años  residentes  legales  de  los  50  estados  de  los   Estados  Unidos,  incluyendo  a  Puerto  Rico  y  Washington  D.C.,  con  un  número  de  Seguro  Social  (SSN)  o  de   Impuestos  (TIN),  quienes  no  hayan  ganado  un  premio  del  Patrocinador  dentro  de  los  últimos  30  días.         6.  Manera  de  participar:  Usted  puede  participar  en  la  promoción  a  través  de  su  cuenta  de  Instagram  o   Twitter.  Los  participantes  deben  subir  una  foto  de  su  grupo  de  amigos  incorporando  el  tema  de  la   película  utilizando  el  hashtag  #MiJumanjiTeam  y  #Concurso.    Publicaciones  de  usuarios  menores  de  21   años  serán  descalificadas.  No  se  permiten  etiquetas  incorrectas  (eje.,  no  te  etiquetes  en  fotografías  en   las  cuales  no  apareces).  Etiquetas  incorrectas  resultaran  en  descalificación.  Fotos  múltiples  están   prohibidas  y  no  serán  aceptadas  como  participaciones.  Se  permite  usar  solo  una  cuenta  de  Instagram  y   una  de  Twitter  cada  una  para  participar  en  esta  promoción.  Cualquier  persona  que  use  más  de  una   cuenta  de  Instagram  y  Twitter  para  participar  será  automáticamente  descalificada.  Es  la  responsabilidad   exclusiva  del  participante  de  notificar  al  Patrocinador  por  escrito  si  cambia  su  cuenta  de  Instagram  y   Twitter.     7.  Cuantos  formatos  de  participación  permitidos  por  persona:  Se  acepta  una  (1)  entrada  por  persona   elegible  durante  el  periodo  de  participación.  Solo  un  (1)  premio  por  hogar.     8.  Manera  de  elegir  al  (los)  Ganador(es):  Un  panel  de  jueces  compuesto  por  empleados  del   Patrocinador,  cuya  decisión  será  final  y  obligatoria  en  todos  los  aspectos,  seleccionará  los  ganadores  de   entre  todas  las  participaciones  elegibles  recibidas  y  de  acuerdo  con  los  siguientes  criterios:  1/3   creatividad,  1/3  originalidad  y  1/3  manera  de  incorporar  el  tema  de  Jumanji.    Todos  los  criterios  se   ponderarán  por  igual.     9.  Fecha  de  selección:  Los  Ganadores  serán  seleccionados  en  o  alrededor  al  6  de  diciembre  del  2017.    

10.  Manera  de  notificar  al  (los)  Ganador(es):  Patrocinador  se  pondrá  en  contacto  con  el  ganador   potencial(s)  en  o  alrededor  del  9  de  diciembre  del  2017  a  través  de  mensajes  directos  con  el  fin  de   obtener  información  de  contacto  ganadores.  El  potencial  ganador  será  entonces  notificado  por  teléfono   o  correo  electrónico,  a  la  dirección  de  correo  electrónico  o  número  de  teléfono  proporcionado.  En  el   caso  de  que  el  Patrocinador  no  pueda  localizar  al  ganador  potencial  dentro  de  las  veinticuatro  (24)  horas   o  si  el  posible  ganador  no  es  elegible,  se  considerará  como  si  el  ganador  hubiere  rechazado  el  premio  y   el  Patrocinador  seleccionará  a  un  nuevo  ganador  potencial  de  acuerdo  con  esta  Oficial  Reglas.  Antes  de   ser  nombrado  el  ganador  oficial,  se  le  requerirá  al  ganador  potencial  que  firme  y  devuelva  una   declaración  de  elegibilidad,  un,  un  comunicado  de  W-­‐9  (en  su  caso)  la  responsabilidad  y,  excepto  donde   esté  prohibido,  un  relevo  de  publicidad.  No  devolver  los  documentos  firmados  dentro  de  los   veinticuatro  (24)  horas  de  haber  recibido  la  notificación,  o  si  el  premio  o  la  notificación  del  premio  se   devuelve  sin  firmar  o  por  imposibilidad  de  entrega,  dicho  ganador  potencial  se  considerará  descalificado   y  el  premio  será  perdido  y  los  Patrocinadores  podrá  adjudicar  el  premio  a  un  ganador  alternativo,  a  la   sola  discreción  de  los  Patrocinadores.     11.  Intencionalmente  Omitido.     12.  Premio(s)  y  su  Valor  Aproximado:  Habrá  un  (1)  Gran  Premio  otorgado  en  esta  promoción.    El  Gran   Premio  consiste  en  un  viaje  para  cuatro  (ganador  y  3  invitados)  a  Honolulu,  Hawái.  El  Gran  Premio   incluye:  240.000  HawaiianMiles  *  equivalente  a  boletos  de  avión  de  ida  y  vuelta  en  Hawaiian  Airlines   (HA)  para  cuatro  (4)  desde  una  ciudad  de  HA  Gateway  a  Honolulu;  (si  el  ganador  y  los  invitados  no   residen  cerca  de  una  ciudad  de  HA  Gateway,  autobús  de  ida  y  vuelta  adicional  de  transporte  aéreo  para   cuatro  (4)  de  un  aeropuerto  cerca  de  la  casa  del  ganador  dentro  de  los  Estados  Unidos  continental   (aeropuerto,  transportista  y  el  itinerario  seleccionado  por  el  patrocinador)  a  la  más  cercana  HA  se   proporcionará  el  aeropuerto  de  Gateway  City);  un  (1)  Junior  Suite  en  el  Hilton  Hawaiian  Village  por  cinco   (5)  noches;  transporte  terrestre  traslado  desde/hacia  el  aeropuerto  y  Hotel  por  cuatro  (4);  y  la  actividad   de  cuatro  (4)  (paquete  de  aventura  de  ATV  en  Kualoa,  la  reserva  natural  privada  de  Hawái,  que  incluye   ATV  Ride,  Tour  de  la  película,  Tour  de  la  expedición  de  la  selva  y  un  todo  lo  que  puedas  comer  buffet  de   almuerzo).  El  ganador  y  los  invitados  deben  completar  el  viaje  el  9  de  diciembre  de  2018.  El  valor  de   venta  aproximado  del  premio  es  de  $11.850.     *  Los  boletos  de  clase  de  economía  de  Hawaiian  Airlines  para  cuatro  (4)  serán  concedidos  en  la  forma  de   un  certificado  del  premio  en  la  cantidad  de  240.000  millas  hawaianas  entre  cualquier  Hawaii  Airlines   ciudad  de  la  entrada  de  Norteamérica  (JFK,  LAX  SJC  o  SMF)  y  Honolulu,  HI  (HNL).  Para  reclamar  el   premio,  los  ganadores  deben  ser  miembros  del  programa  HawaiianMiles.  La  redención  y  el  uso  de  millas   de  premio  de  cortesía  para  viajar  están  totalmente  sujetos  a  los  términos  y  condiciones  del  programa   HawaiianMiles.  Los  canjes  de  premios  de  viaje  se  basan  en  la  disponibilidad  del  espacio  (es  decir,  el   número  de  asientos  asignados  en  cualquier  vuelo  dado  a  los  pasajeros  que  utilicen  HawaiianMiles  para   pagar  su  viaje.)  Pueden  requerirse  millas  adicionales  si  el  nivel  de  adjudicación  no  está  disponible  para   los  vuelos  deseados.  El  certificado  no  es  transferible,  cambiable  o  reemplazable,  y  no  tiene  ningún  valor   en  efectivo  en  absoluto.     Oportunidades  de  ganar  dependerán  de  la  cantidad  de  participaciones  elegibles  recibidas  durante  el   periodo  de  participación.      Las  personas  en  las  siguientes  categorías  no  son  elegibles  para  participar  o   ganar  un  premio:    (a)  personas  que  a  partir  de,  o  con  posterioridad  del,  inicio  de  la  promoción  hayan   sido  o  sean  empleados  o  agentes  del  Patrocinador,  el(los)  Co-­‐Patrocinador(es),    o  sus  respectivas   empresas  matrices,  subsidiarias  o  filiales  o  agencias  de  servicio  o  contratistas  independientes;  (b)   personas  que  estén  involucradas  en  el  desarrollo,  producción,  distribución  de  materiales,  o  de  la  

selección  de  los  ganadores  de  esta  promoción;  y  (c)  personas  que  formen  parte  de  la  familia  inmediata   de  o  que  habiten  en  la  misma  casa  de  alguna  de  las  personas  incluidas  en  cualquiera  de  las  categorías   anteriores.         Todos  los  formatos  de  participación,  si  los  haya,  serán  propiedad  del  Patrocinador  y  no  serán  devueltos   al  participante.  El  Patrocinador  no  será  responsable  por  la  pérdida,  robo  o  desvío  de  los  formatos  de   participación,  ni  por  formatos  de  participación  reproducidos  mecánicamente,  ilegibles,  incompletos,   inexactos,  dañados  o  tardíos.  El  Patrocinador  no  es  responsable  por  llamadas  que  se  desconecten,   equivocadas,  o  líneas  ocupadas,  ni  por  información  incorrecta  o  inexacta.  Los  formatos  de  participación   reproducidos  mecánicamente,  ilegibles,  incompletos  o  inexactos  serán  nulos.  Cada  participante  está  de   acuerdo  en  permitir  que  el  Patrocinador  utilice  su  nombre,  dirección,  ciudad,  estado,  fotografía,  voz,   cinta  de  vídeo  o  cualquier  figura  semejante  con  propósitos  de  publicidad  sin  compensación  adicional   alguna.    Al  someter  tu  foto,  otorgas  a  Univision  Interactive  Media,  Inc.,  y  a  todas  sus  afiliadas,  compañías   matrices,  agentes,  licenciatarios,  distribuidores  y  cesionarios  una  licencia  libre  de  regalías,  perpetua,  no   revocable,  no  exclusiva,  sin  restricciones,  en  el  universo,  para  utilizar,  copiar,  reproducir,  mostrar,   exponer,  actuar,  adaptar,  modificar,  distribuir  y  promover  todos  y  cada  material  que  usted  provea   (incluyendo  el  derecho  para  utilizar  su  nombre,  parecido,  voz  y  actuación  mostrado  en  dicho  imagen),   en  todos  y  cada  uno  de  los  medios  conocidos  en  el  presente  o  creados  en  un  futuro,  incluyendo  sin   limitar  televisión,  radio,  Internet,  y  aplicaciones  móvil,  para  cualquier  y  todos  los  propósitos.    La  licencia   que  usted  otorga  por  medio  del  presente  documento  incluye  el  derecho  de  otorgarle  la  licencia  a  otras   entidades  y/o  personas.  También,  representa  y  garantiza  que  es  el  propietario  de  la  imagen  que  subirás   y  que  el  ejercicio  de  los  derechos  aquí  otorgados  no  infringirá  ni  violará,  directa  o  indirectamente,   ningún  derecho  de  persona  o  entidad  alguna.         Todos  los  formatos  de  participación  serán  propiedad  de  Univision  y  no  serán  devueltos  a  los   participantes.    El  Patrocinador  no  será  responsable  por  la  pérdida,  robo  o  desvío  de  los  formatos  de   participación.  La  información  personal  que  los  participantes  envíen  estará  sujeta  a  la  política  de   privacidad  de  Univision.  Le  recomendamos  leer  la  política  de  privacidad  que  se  encuentra  en   http://www.univision.com.     USTED  COMPRENDE  Y  ACEPTA  QUE  LA  ÚNICA  CONTRAPRESTACIÓN  QUE  RECIBIRÁ  POR  ESTE   OTORGAMIENTO  DE  DERECHOS  ES  LA  PUBLICIDAD  QUE  PUEDA  RECIBIR  EN  LA  PUBLICACIÓN  O   TRANSMISIÓN  DE  SU  FOTOGRAFÍA  Y/O  LA  ANUNCIACIÓN  DE  USTED  COMO  LA  PERSONA  QUE  PARTICIPÓ   EN  ESTA  PROMOCIÓN.     Todas  las  decisiones  del  Patrocinador  serán  finales  y  obligatorias  en  todos  los  sentidos.  El  ganador  y   cada  invitado  del  ganador,  si  lo  haya,  podrán  tener  que  firmar  una  liberación  de  responsabilidad.  Si  el   ganador  resulta  no  ser  elegible;  si  no  se  puede  notificar  al  ganador  como  mencionado  anteriormente  o  si   el  ganador  no  recoge  el  premio  como  detallado  anteriormente,  se  considerará  como  si  el  ganador   hubiese  rechazado  el  premio  y  el  Patrocinador  podrá  seleccionar  a  un  ganador  nuevo  si  el  tiempo  lo   permite.  Para  reclamar  premios,  ganadores  serán  requeridos  proveer  identificación  aceptable  al   Patrocinador  y  recoger  premios  como  sean  instruidos.  Ganador(es)  no  puede(n)  sustituir  el  premio  por   su  equivalente  en  efectivo  o  por  un  crédito.    El  premio  no  se  puede  reemplazar  si  es  perdido  o  robado.  El   Patrocinador  se  reserva  el  derecho  de  sustituir  a  su  discreción  cualquiera  o  todos  los  premios  con   cualquier  artículo  o  servicio  de  valor  semejante  o  mayor.    Los  premios  no  pueden  ser  cedidos  o   transferidos  por  el  (los)  ganador(es).        

El  Patrocinador  se  reserva  el  derecho  de  modificar  o  terminar  esta  promoción  por  cualquier  razón   incluyendo  si  existe  fraude,  fallas  técnicas  o  cualquier  otro  factor  más  allá  del  control  del  Patrocinador   que  dañe  la  integridad  de  la  promoción,  determinado  por  el  Patrocinador  en  su  sola  discreción.    El   Patrocinador  podrá  descalificar  a  cualquier  persona  que,  a  su  sola  discreción,  considere  haya  violado   estas  Reglas  Oficiales  o  cualquier  otro  elemento  de  la  promoción.    El  (Los)  participantes  reconocen  que   esta  promoción  no  es  de  ninguna  manera  patrocinada,  apoyada  ni  administrada  por,  o  asociada  con   Instagram,  LLC  y  Twitter,  Inc.  El  (los)  participante(s)  está(n)  de  acuerdo  en:    (a)  estar  sujetos  a  las  Reglas   Oficiales  y  las  decisiones  del  Patrocinador,  y  (b)  liberar  y  mantener  en  paz  y  a  salvo  a  Instagram,  LLC,   Twitter,  Inc.,  CTMG,  prize  providers  (Hawaiian  Airlines,  Hilton  Hawaiian  Village,  Oahu  Visitors  Bureau   and  the  Hawaii  Tourism  Authority),  al  Patrocinador,  y  a  sus  respectivos  matrices,  filiales,  estaciones,   subsidiarias,  y  contratistas  independientes,  y  sus  respectivos  directores,  funcionarios,  empleados,  y   agentes,  inclusive  a  las  agencias  de  publicidad  y  promoción,  de  cualquier  y  toda  responsabilidad  con   respecto  a  la  aceptación,  posesión  o  uso  (o  el  mal  uso)  de  los  premios  y/o  de  la  participación  en  la   promoción.     Todo  impuesto  (federal,  estatal,  y  local)  será  la  responsabilidad  exclusiva  del  ganador  y  es  posible  que  se   requiera  que  cada  ganador  prepare  formularios  de  impuestos.  Si  el  ganador  ha  recibido  otros  premios   del  Patrocinador  durante  el  año  actual,  y  si  el  valor  total  de  dichos  premios  excede  $600,  el  ganador   tendrá  que  proveer  su  Número  de  Seguro  Social  o  Número  de  Identificación  de  Impuestos  para  recibir  el   premio.  Estas  Reglas  Oficiales  están  sujetas  a  las  leyes  del  Estado  donde  se  ubica  el  Patrocinador,   haciendo  caso  omiso  de  los  principios  de  conflicto  de  leyes.       Para  obtener  la  lista  de  ganador(es)  la  cual  estará  disponible  después  de  que  termine  la  promoción,   envíe  a  “Univision’s  Jumanji:  Trip  to  Hawaii  Concurso  Promoción  –  Lista  de  Ganador(es)”,  a  la  dirección   del  Patrocinador  antes  indicada,  un  sobre  por  separado  dirigido  a  usted  mismo  con  estampilla  postal   pre-­‐pagada.     Para  obtener  una  copia  de  estas  Reglas  Oficiales,  envíe  a  “Univision’s  Jumanji:  Trip  to  Hawaii  Concurso   Promoción  –  Reglas  Oficiales”  a  la  dirección  del  Patrocinador  antes  indicada,  un  sobre  por  separado  con   estampilla  postal  pre-­‐pagada  y  dirigido  a  usted  mismo.       El  participante  debe  ser  el  propietario  legítimo  de  la  cuenta  de  Instagram  y  Twitter  asociada  con  su   participación.  En  el  caso  de  alguna  disputa  sobre  la  identidad  de  la  persona  que  sometió  la  participación,   dicha  participación  será  considerada  sometida  por  la  persona  en  cuyo  nombre  está  registrada  la  cuenta   de  Instagram  and  Twitter.  El  poseedor  de  cuenta  autorizado  es  la  persona  natural  asignada  a  dicha   cuenta  por  Instagram  y  Twitter.  No  se  permiten  participaciones  por  medio  de  cualquier  artefacto  o   artificio  y/o  programa  utilizado  para  participar  múltiples  veces.  Participaciones  generadas  por  script,   macro  o  cualquier  otra  manera  automatizada  será  automáticamente  descalificada.       El  Patrocinador  no  será  responsable  por  la  transmisión  de  información  incorrecta  o  inexacta  contenida   en  los  formatos  de  participación,  por  los  errores  técnicos,  la  pérdida  o  demora  de  la  transmisión  de   datos,  la  omisión,  interrupción,  supresión,  defectos  o  fallas  en  la  línea  de  red  telefónica,  o  del  equipo  de   cómputo,  software,  o  por  la  imposibilidad  de  acceso  a  cualquier  servicio  o  sitio  en  línea,  la  imposibilidad   de  enviar  el  formato  de  participación,  o  por  cualquier  otro  error  o  disfunción,  o  cualquier  daño  causado   al  equipo  de  cómputo  del  participante  o  de  cualquier  otra  persona  que  resulte  de  la  descarga  de   materiales  o  información  o  de  la  participación  en  esta  promoción,  o  por  la  pérdida,  robo,  demora,   pérdida  en  correo,  datos  ilegibles  de  los  formatos  de  participación  o  por  ser  enviados  a  un  lugar   incorrecto.    

  Si  esta  promoción  o  cualquier  sitio  de  la  red  asociado  con  éste  (o  cualquier  porción  del  mismo)  se  llegare   a  corromper  o  no  permitiere  la  entrada  a  la  promoción,  o  si  la  infección  por  virus  de  computadora,  bugs,   manipulación,  intervención  no  autorizada,  acciones  de  los  participantes,  por  fraude,  fallas  técnicas,  o   por  cualquier  otra  causa,  que  en  la  opinión  del    Patrocinador,  corrompa  o  afecte  la  administración,   seguridad,  imparcialidad,  integridad,  o  la  operación  apropiada  de  esta  promoción,  el  Patrocinador  se   reserva  el  derecho,  a  su  única  discreción,  de  descalificar  a  cualquier  individuo  implicado  en  tal  acción,   y/o  a  cancelar,  terminar,  modificar  o  suspender  esta  promoción  o  alguna  porción  del  mismo.    La   tentativa,  por  parte  de  algún  participante  o  de  cualquier  otro  individuo,  de  dañar  deliberadamente  el   servicio  en  línea  o  el  sitio  en  la  red,  así  como  el  intento  de  socavar  la  operación  legítima  de  esta   promoción,  se  considerará  una  violación  a  las  leyes  penales  y  civiles.    El  Patrocinador  se  reserva  el   derecho  de  hacer  valer  su  derecho  de  reclamar  el  pago  de  daños  y/u  otros  perjuicios  en  la  extensión   más  amplia  permitida  por  la  ley.     13.  Ninguna  Ayuda  Cautelar:    CADA  PARTICIPANTE  ENTIENDE  Y  ACUERDA  QUE  NO  TENDRA  DERECHO  A   PROHIBIR  OR  RESTRINGIR  EL  DESARROLLO,  LA  PRODUCCION,  LA  PUBLICIDAD,  LA  PROMOCION,  LA   DISTRIBUCION,  O  LA  EXPLOTACION  DEL  CONCURSO  O  LA  PELICULA,  "JUMANJI:  BIENVENIDO  A  LA   JUNGLA",  O  CUALQUIER  OTRA  PELICULA,  PRODUCCION  O  PROYECTO  DE  CTMG  O  CUALQUIERA  DE  SUS   AFILIADOS.     ENGLISH  VERSION  OF  THE  “RULES”  PROVIDED  FOR  CONVENIENCE  ONLY.  IN  THE  EVENT  OF  A  CONFLICT   BETWEEN  THE  SPANISH  AND  ENGLISH  RULES,  THE  SPANISH  RULES  WILL  GOVERN.                                             THE  ENGLISH  VERSION  OF  THE  “RULES”  IS  PROVIDED  FOR  CONVENIENCE  ONLY.   IN  THE  EVENT  OF  A  CONFLICT  BETWEEN  THE  SPANISH  AND  ENGLISH  RULES,   THE  SPANISH  RULES  WILL  GOVERN.     Official  Rules
