General Information  Buses will begin their routes Friday afternoon.  Parents of Pre-K Students: Please understand how difficult it is for many of our Pre-K students to begin school and say goodbye to Mom & Dad. With that in mind, we respectfully request that you do not return to eat lunch with your child as it typically results in additional difficulty as they have to say goodbye again after lunch. Thank you for your help. Thursday  Arrival o Parking is available at the front of the school as well as the East and West parking lots. Please escort your child directly to their classroom. We will not be holding students in the auditorium on Thursday morning.  Dismissal o Buses will not run until Friday afternoon. o Parents may pick up their children just outside the southwest entrance. Our vehicle pick-up line will operate. Please remember to enter Mustang Drive from Highway 83, not Main Street. o If you have children in Pre-K or K, they will need to be picked up at the northwest entrance located directly outside the Pre-K and K classrooms. o As a safety precaution, we will begin blocking parking directly outside the northwest entrance outside of Pre-K and K each day at 2:30. This is an effort to provide a safer trip to recess and back, as well as a safer pickup. There will still be parking provided in the west lot as well as behind our Bus Barn. Friday  Arrival o Please remember our traffic flow pattern for student drop off: We ask that anyone dropping their child off at the school’s front entrance, please enter Mustang Drive from Highway 83. Please do not come down Main Street for student drop off. This is for the safety of all children and drivers. o Students are to wait in the auditorium upon arriving at school. If they will be eating breakfast in the cafeteria, they may report to the cafeteria, then return to the auditorium.  Dismissal o Buses will begin their routes Friday afternoon.
