Los participantes conocerán técnicas claves de resolución de conflictos tales como comunicación verbal y no verbal, técnicas para escuchar, manejo de sentimientos y emociones y de confianza y enojo. 2. TÉCNICAS DE DEFENSA PARA LOS PADRES: C  onozca los elementos
