Almighty God and Father, as we celebrate 75 years in our local church of the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana, we give thanks for your abundant grace and for the faithful who have gone before us, whose devotion and service laid the foundations of your mission in north central Indiana. Pour forth your blessings upon us and grant that together as your people, uniting in the heart of Jesus and guided by the Holy Spirit, we may continue the work of building up the Church through a desire for greater faithfulness, a fervor for evangelization, a thirst for justice, and a heart for mercy. We ask this through Jesus Christ, our Lord, and with the intercession of our patrons the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Theodore Guerin. Amen.
