To clean the frame: Wipe down with a damp cloth and wipe dry. To clean the plastic knife inserts: 1. Remove all knives. 2. Pinch some “rods” in the middle of the insert and pull insert out of frame. 3. Hand wash with soap and water and place upside down to let dry for approximately 12 hours. 4. Fan out the “rods” and let sit an additional 2 hours or until completely dry. 5. Place insert back into frame. To clean the metal bin: 1. Push bin out from underside of frame. 2. Hand wash with soap and water or run through dishwasher. 3. Dry off and place back into frame.
