Appeals Court Orders Milwaukee Sheriff to Reveal Information about Deportation Collaboration Advocates can now obtain information on a rolling basis concerning Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke's policy of turning people over including US Citizens - to Immigration agents for deportation MILWAUKEE - Ruling today in Voces de la Frontera’s open records lawsuit against Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke, the Wisconsin Court of Appeals ordered Sheriff Clarke to hand over to the civil rights organization within 48 hours un-redacted information about people he has turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for deportation.
