Complete & submit your IEC sends IEC application notice of & receive your receipt & World Tracking quest for IEC Number (WTN) re rticipation pa fee payment ($150) & required documents via your Kompass account

IEC sends conditional acceptance letter to your Kompass account ----------------

May take up to 48 hrs after application is submitted

IEC Assessment (up to 14 days)

YP & Co-op : once Conditional Acceptance Letter IEC sends notice (CAL) received, of receipt of IECe quickly advise participation fe your employer payment ($150) they will need & required to electronically fill the IMM5802 documents form and pay to your Kompass the employer account compliance fee --------------------to ts ar st w no of $230 IEC process your application

Eligibility Criteria Assessment

Day 14

Conditional acceptance letters (CAL) are valid for 14 days

You have 10 days to make payment of your IEC participation fee ($150) & submit required documents

Work Permit Application YP & Co-op: BEFORE you can create your MyCIC account and apply for a work permit, your employer must send you a copy of the completed IMM5802 and have paid the employer compliance fee

CIC letter of introduction for POE is sent via your MyCIC account ------------------------

Day 56

(Your IEC application ) is completed

Create your MyCIC account (www.cic.gc.ca)

Immediately use “Come to Canada” to obtain a checklist of required documents for the work permit application (www.cic.gc.ca) to avoid long processing delays

Complete & submit your work permit application, and upload your CAL. For WH only, pay the Open Work Permit Holder Fee of $100; for YP & Co-op only, upload the completed IMM5802 form you received from your employer
