This is what I recall…

Your household and parish growing up:      ● Growing up, who lived in your home?  ● How much religion was practiced there?  ● Describe the spirituality of your home:   ○ Prayerful?  ○ Non-existent?  ○ Pious?  ○ more than one faith?  ● What was the name of your family  parish?  ○ How were you involved?  ○ Thinking back, what is your primary  memory of the parish?  How you responded to religion before     you had children:  ● As you entered college or the workforce,  what role did religion play in your life?  ● Who were your most influential friends,  teachers, or ideas?  How you responded to religion after you  had children:  ● What is your faith life as a family?  ● Have your children changed your  relationship with God?  ● What has worked in order to create a  Catholic home and what has been an  obstacle?   ● What is your current connection to  religion and parish life? 

  

Your current connection to Christ and the     spiritual life:  ● Describe your own current prayer life  ● Where do you find your inspiration and  guidance for life?  ● What have been the turning points in  your adult life regarding your faith?  ○ Who were the influential people?  ○ What were the influential events  and ideas?
