VISITOR POLICY We welcome adult visitors. Parents are especially encouraged to visit the school frequently and take an active role in the education of their child. Arrangements to visit a classroom may be made by contacting the teacher to set up a convenient time. Duration of the visit will be no longer than 30 minutes unless otherwise approved by the School Administration. The purpose of the visit must be to support the academic learning and must in no way interfere with the learning of their child or other students in the class. As required by state law, all visitors must report to the school office and sign the register to include eating lunch with students. Children who visit school must be accompanied by an adult during their entire visitation, visitors must sign in when arriving and sign out when leaving school grounds. Badges are issued to, identify visitors. This requirement allows us to identify visitors and ensure your child’s safety.

VISITANTES Damos la bienvenida a los visitante adultos. Especialmente a los padres y se les anima a que visiten la escuela frecuentemente y que participen en la educación de sus hijos. Arreglos para visitar el salón de clase se pueden hacer por medio del contacto con los maestros para hacer una cita. Como se require por la ley estatal, todo visitante debe pasar primero a la oficina de la escuela para firmar el registro que incluye comer con un estudiante. Todo Nina/o que este visitando la escuela debe de estar acompañado por un adulto. Visitantes deben de registrarse cuando lleguen y cuando se vayan a ir de la escuela. Todo visitante tiene que pasar a la oficina y recoger un permiso antes de entrar al campo escolar. Este requerimiento nos permite identificar a los visitantes y asegurar el bienestar de sus hijos.
